Fun Facts for ya: Imagine Dragons were big league fans and were involved in a bit of their music early on. It's why they were likely involved in Arcane. Studio Fortiche (Arcane Studio) started off doing some of these videos for Riot before they did Arcane. Rise, Warriors, Get Jinxed, Ekko - Seconds, K/DA Pop/Stars were them. When you said "can I invest into the league cinematic team?" you unironically are watching where Arcane's studio began. There's a whole league universe page if you want to see all the ~150 champs and read short stories/lore. The universe is massive and an MMO is in production (5+yrs off) Worlds videos tell stories about the players and the Pro Scene's history. Characters in the Worlds videos are pro players. Faker is heavily featured in most cuz he's the best League Player of all time.
Important thing to notice is that alot of characters appear in their "skin form". for example the odyssey cinematic is each champions skin of the odyssey. the orange haired girl was jinx - odyssey jinx. same with the light and shadow cinematic where the lizard girl(neeko) was fighting the bird couple with the wings from before.
Fun fact the group K/DA is comprised of REAL artists, namely Miyeon and Soyeon of (G)I-dle, Madison Beer and Jaria Burns mainly, and a few other voices who voice the same characters like Kim Petras, Bea Miller, Bekuh Boom (plus another member who has their own story but hasn't been seen yet). The group is effectively a real music group (in universe and in reality) that is comprised of 100% fictional personas (Like Gorillaz) The four main characters are as follows: Ahri, the Nine Tailed Fox girl, who uses who uses her charisma and agility to manipulate her opponents and disorient them. Evelyn the succubus who preys on men and women alike using the form of an attractive human female to lure them in. Akali the agile ninja and trained assassin Kai'Sa who when she was a child was exposed to the Void and survived through sheer determination and willpower. In K/DA however their stories are different. Ahri was actually the founder and is the leader of K/DA. She was incredibly terrified of failure and once she started K/DA, she was able to share that success with her friends, but she still has self-doubts about letting her friends down if the whole K/DA thing doesn't work out. Evelyn was the second member and was actually an artist before K/DA but had disagreements with other music groups. She tried a solo career for a while but ended up catching up with Ahri and joined K/DA. She has a bad girl attitude, a large exotic car collection, and serves as a main vocalist. Originally, the group was composed of just her and Evelyn but after a while Akali an underground rapper was scouted by Ahri after she stumbled upon one of her track releases and serves as the fast vocalist of the group. Shes actually bilingual (maybe trilingual?) and switches between languages WHILE rapping. She is also the founder of TRUE DAMAGE and its lead vocalist. The next to join the group (but not the last teehee) was Kai'Sa. She doesn't talk much, even to the other members of K/DA because she traveled a lot as a child, and it gave her an unusual accent, but she still likes to sing, though the meaning of her lyrics is left to the imagination of everyone because she doesn't delve deep into it. She also serves as the main dancer of the group, and handles all of the choreography.
One thing i noticed while watching is that you didnt realize some of these Animations are Skin Preview Trailers for Different skinlines. For example, Xayah and Rakan (the bird characters you really liked) were also in the Star Guardian videos, but showcasing their skins. League of Legends skinlines tend to exist in their own Multiverses and each one carries its own lore. Which is why Jinx had Orange hair, Showcasing her Odyssey skin and had a crew travelling through space
Fun fact for you fun fact. Christian went into the office when noone else was in to record his screaming part of his singing, because he didn't want anyone else in the office to hear it and think something else. Saying he had to go to some dark places to bring that out.
The nice detail of "I'm still here" is that all parts we can see the arrow of the lamb (the kindreds). When Yasuo accepts his death, and a shinning white arrow comes, is Kindred's arrow. THAT'S A FREAKKIN Lore bro! ahh, for those who don't know anything about League Of Legends, the Kindreds is a playable character that represents DEATH itself. They have one of the best lores of the entire game. It's a lamb and a wolf. When the person who will die accept his death, the lamb comes to take your soul gently. But of course, many try to avoid death. In this cases, the wolf come to take your soul by force. In the lore there is no way to escape the Kindreds, you can only chose the way they will take you. You can check more lookin on google for "the kindred phrases" or even look for the lore, i bet someone made a video about them
@@Gintamasakatasan It's about time. Don't need to watch every other anime before Gintama. When you have a general anime culture, 90% of the time you will understand if they are making references. Pentakill was originally a collab between the bands Masterplan & Dragonforce, they had ingame skins that made a few characters look like a Metal band & hired the two bands to produce an album with league related music (ingame sounds sampled, references, etc) which imo has some of the best stuff both bands have produced. So I feel like I should give some context for the music video stuff. Typically the music videos are made for Worlds (which is essentially the playoffs for pro league of legends and it ends with the super bowl of league of legends). There are 2 songs that are made for worlds. The first song are the World anthems, these anthems are made as hype intros and they play the anthem throughout the tournament as well as previous anthems. Then you have the closing ceremony/celebration song. The closing ceremony songs (Popstars, Giants) are typically in conjunction with skin lines that drop in game and they typically have a band theme. That theme is also somewhat regional. When Popstars dropped it was because worlds was played in Korea which is why K-Pop was the genre used. When Giants was dropped it was played in the EU which is why it has a bit of UK Rap (the korean rapping was because the character Akali in the musical skinline universe has True Damage as a side project of sorts) TL;DR every cinematic has layers of lore and context to go with it and if something doesn't make sense it's because you might lack the context
That nerd in Rise, is Uzi. Arguably the greatest ADC in the world at the time. Best thing about this video is all the characters are designed after the players the main guy (Ambition) defeated on the way to the World championship they won that year. 54:36 it's crazy how accurate this is lmao. That character is Zoe, and she was offered a portal to the top of Mount Targon around age 12 or 13 or so, and basically became immortal. Typically heroes who attempt to climb Mount Targon will fail or if they do make it to the top they're changed in some way forever. She's technically 500 years old stuck a preteen body as some angelic figure. Jumping through portals is a big theme of hers and is her ultimate move in the game itself.

not sure how you're missing these but you've seen characters from one video, and see them again in the NEXT video. you called ahri a furry, you saw her in light and shadow with a song from hiroyuki, then next video after that is her star guardian ahri video and you counted her tails, then you see pop/stars and can't recognize the tail. yes, you don't play league and i understand that. if you watch all the videos again, you'll start to notice that you've seen some characters multiple times. just like ryze, the one you call like a depressed kratos. also, from one of the earlier comments. you should definitely see those opening ceremonies for each of the worlds tournaments.
About "Rise" ; Every single frame is legendary. There is a French dude that's a god at storytelling here, his name is "La Grande Revue" (pour les français c'est la chaîne secondaire de TheGreatReview) on his channel you can find a 10 minutes video about Rise from the Worlds 2018 where he explains everything you can see in the clip, you should definitely check it out, subtitles are available !

There are several different types of cinematics in the game, there are those for the world championship (opening music for the game's international championship), there are those for game events, there are those for the game's story, there are clips for bands and character cinematics. First video: Sylas: One in the chains Kai'sa: One in the purple shit Lux: The one with the blue eyes and hood Garen: Big guy in the beginning and ended up on the floor Ezeral: Blond hair, looks like an explorer Urgot: mechanical dude with the mask Galio: One that came from the sky, "apolis the torementor" 2nd video (order of appearance): Jihn, Draven, Irelia, Camille, Riven, Sion, Karma, Akali, Yasuo, Kennen

Bro, you took the words from my mouth. I wish they would do more movies and series based on the lore. It is so vast and amazing. I thought Season 2 of Arcane would follow another story of Runeterra, because season 1 ended exactly on Get Jinxed trailer, where she blows up the city hall. But seems like Riot has other plans.
The way this guys speaks tells me he's been traumatized by years of watching anime and interacting with anime fans 😂. Or maybe that's just how New Yorkers are like he said 😂

my best laugh from this was about how much he missed because of pausing and then asking questions which would have been answered if he just listened/watched - it makes him seem unnecessarily like XQC - reacting to react not because of enjoyment and seeming dumb because of it

not sure how you're missing these but you've seen characters from one video, and see them again in the NEXT video. you called ahri a furry, you saw her in light and shadow with a song from hiroyuki, then next video after that is her star guardian ahri video and you counted her tails, then you see pop/stars and can't recognize the tail. yes, you don't play league and i understand that. if you watch all the videos again, you'll start to notice that you've seen some characters multiple times. just like ryze, the one you call like a depressed kratos.
also, from one of the earlier comments. you should definitely see those opening ceremonies for each of the worlds tournaments.

“Imagine game looked like this”
Nick, Riot games (company that made LoL) announced MMORPG game based on LoL universe
"it's been 81 years"...
Lets hope it will turn out good whenever it realeases hopefully before 2030
@@polk7706keep dreaming bud you will be 80 years old with Alzheimer’s by the time the mmorpg comes out
CONGRATS ON 1MIL BRO I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS DAY FOR 2 YEARS
Also Worlds opening ceremonies are absolute peak (especially 2019)
Around this universe i would like to recommend: “BREATHE” | Official Launch Video - Legends of Runeterra
Really amazing artstyle and i dont even need to mention the music, you will enjoy this one
And a short but really nice one: Fiddlesticks: Terror in Demacia | Champion Update Trailer - League of Legends
16:02 This is the moment where nicholas light became a fanboy of league of legends cinematics that even his hairstyle changed 😂😂😂
Boi literally had an orgasm
What a badass for doing this … good man.
17:24 that nerd is probably the best ADC player that ever lived. His legend might only be 2nd to Faker. When this was released he was one of the best players and well I cant hype it enough, you would sweeat just thinking about lanning against this guy, not to mention what a best he was in team fights
Amumu was my favorite character back when I played. I loved that little sad mummy.
Your reaction and positivity for his video brought back some good vibes.
Thanks
amumu the goat
11:23, well 2024 Worlds song is rumoured to be sung by Linkin Park
Edit: can't believe i watched a full 2 hours video contains things i've listen everyday or watched multiple times
And since this is a part 1, in the part 2 you should look more at the Worlds song, they are more "Epic" and i think you may liked it more, and also new Worlds song probably gonna released in 1-2 weeks, could wait for that time to upload since a lot of people gonna search for League
League cinematic’s are next level. So good. You should watch the world championship opening ceremonies! They are so good.
Pentakill is fire bro, and there are so many songs to listen to from them. I think there are 3 total albums. You should definitely check them out if you liked Mortal Reminder
"you gotta listen to the lyrics on this one" he says after hes 90% of the way into the song and been yapping the whole time xd
It turns out, ears and mouths are different parts of the body, and you can talk while listening at the same time crazy ik. For my next trick I will walk while simultaneously being able to smell, truly wild stuff
@@Xanderj89 are you still in school? because you can't direct 100% of you focus to both.
"i love depresion shit" omg i almost chocked myself laughing.
There are several different types of cinematics in the game, there are those for the world championship (opening music for the game's international championship), there are those for game events, there are those for the game's story, there are clips for bands and character cinematics.
For example: the world championship ones are Warriors and Phoenix among others, there is one every year.
the band ones are KDA: POP STARS, Treu damage: Giants, Pentakill: mortal remind among others.
the story ones include: awaken, Warrios, the call among others.
the event ones include: Welcome aboard odyssey, Light and shadow among others.
the character ones include: Annie Origins, amumu the sad mummy, Call of power Ryze, among others.
20:30 the abruptness of silence when he saw Katarina.... xDDDD
Neuron activation
I can't get enough of the Pop/Stars video from an art perspective. The color choices and composition of a lot of these shots live in my brain.
First video:
Sylas: One in the chains
Kai'sa: One in the purple shit
Lux: The one with the blue eyes and hood
Garen: Big guy in the beginning and ended up on the floor
Ezeral: Blond hair, looks like an explorer
Urgot: mechanical dude with the mask
Galio: One that came from the sky, "apolis the torementor"
2nd video (order of appearance):
Jihn, Draven, Irelia, Camille, Riven, Sion, Karma, Akali, Yasuo, Kennen
OMG, yesss finallyyy!!!! :D Waiting for this since forever! xD
The flower burning at the end was a daisy, like the little girl's name
one thing about league of legends cinematics is THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT! like, i've been playing this game for years yet i still find my jaw dropped whenever watching them and the music is great for hyping up before playing too lol
theyre making a league mmo so im praying to god it looks atleast somewhat similar
All the people you see in the Videos are the characters from the game but in some cases it there skin version, for example jinx odyssey thtats a skin line like many others
wasn't expecting it but greatly appreciated the gidle respect!
you’re hilarious lmfao 😂
Finally, Been waiting for this reaction
pause one more time and you won't see your family Nicholas.
RIGHT
BRO YOU REACTED TO THIS JEEZ. Im here for it
YOU NEED OVERWATCH CINEMATIC NEXT !
yeeeaaah
You’ve gotta do all the pentakill songs, also they are all copyright free so you could do entire video on all their music and their live virtual concert they did which I attended and was absolutely enthralled by it, definitely recommend them as listen
I know I'm stepping on the mine field by saying this. First of all, I don't play LOL. But good reaction (I haven't watched it but I know it'll be amazing)
I just wanted to recommend Honkai Star Rail Trailers and Honkai Impact Animated Shorts. He's like In his gaming reaction phase. That's why I'm promoting this. Otherwise, we'll have to wait another 2 years
You know how long I been waiting for this
I love how Nick never takes sides, if it looks good representation or diversity is cool, if it looks lame then is just shit. Pretty much llike Kant, Beauty matters.
man... I just love your videos, they're so genuine and funny. much love, keep up the good work!!!
I hope the yasuo yone one is in part 2
Bro, you took the words from my mouth.
I wish they would do more movies and series based on the lore. It is so vast and amazing.
I thought Season 2 of Arcane would follow another story of Runeterra, because season 1 ended exactly on Get Jinxed trailer, where she blows up the city hall.
But seems like Riot has other plans.
The way this guys speaks tells me he's been traumatized by years of watching anime and interacting with anime fans 😂.
Or maybe that's just how New Yorkers are like he said 😂
I think probably both
I absolutely love this! Think you would love it even more with all the lore behind it
"I'm not for representation" proceeds to explain why he's for representation. Ignorance is bliss guys 😂
If you want more animated/anime league of legends stuff there's "Kin of the Stained Blade" and "The Path, An Ionian Myth" both are part of the same story.
2 vids in one day WTF
I WAITED SO LONG FOR THIS
my best laugh from this was about how much he missed because of pausing and then asking questions which would have been answered if he just listened/watched - it makes him seem unnecessarily like XQC - reacting to react not because of enjoyment and seeming dumb because of it
He was reacting because he enjoys it and is in the moment. Calm down.
League goes hard with music. Anything labeled 'worlds' is the main theme for that years ESports season. Still all of them are amazing bangers and I can't wait to see what they give us this year.
15:10 nick says give me something bad gets rise LOL
LMAO the face you made when you said, "I'm not talking about the anime e-girls" made me subscribe! XD
"Defeated by a kindergardener" might be the most accurate sentence for Annie's most famous sentence in game "Beaten by a little girl" hahaha (Annie is the girl in the 6th video).
Hi Nick!
There's a few animatics missing on the list, but I definitely rec "take over", the animation in that one is INSANE
11:22 About that... This year's worlds is gonna feature Linkin Park!
he fr guessed right about linkin park making a song for Worlds, crazy
Just found you Bro, and your commentary is gold, like I can't, lmao
Now watch and listen to Guilty gear strive music
Well, that's a big base.
THATS EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR
Imagine when he found out who tf is Warwick🤭 1:30:01
Almost November :)
He probably already knows but forgot. He reacts and watches a bunch of stuff, os I'd imagine he gets things mixed up.
I just discovered this channel and I can't stop laughing. You're reactions and comments are hilarious 🤣
Bro understands nothing because he spends more time talking then listening
Jesus Christ YES! Omg he can't stay 5 seconds quiet wtf
What do you mean? He understands everything!
Remember that time he was wondering "Is she Jinx?" right before AND after the screen showed in full display "A JINX PRODUCTION"? He definitely paid attention in that one until she outright had to say she was Jinx.
Or in the "Who's Warwick" trailer where he for some reason thought Boggin was the one guy causing the ruckus because Fleg betrayed him?
You can't have Nick having a higher than 2 seconds attention span.
