New Door Hinge Pin & Bushing Kit from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1ADMX00084
Loose or worn hinge pins can cause a car or truck door to sag, or clip the body of the vehicle when closing, causing damage. If your door is sagging, you can replace the hinge pins so the door hangs correctly. This video shows you how to install a new hinge pin kit on your 2002-06 Chevy Avalanche.

Great video! Is there any adjustments that have to be made once everything is back together?
Thank you for taking the time to make this video is very helpful. Thank you very much again very much.
Where the bolt threads go make sure they’re on the left of the opening before setting the door in. Learned the hard way today 😅
Excellent! Just Excellent!
The details I needed. Excellent video angles of the work.
2 months later I just did this job again because the bushing flanges cracked and broke off from the weight of the door's movement. I reinstalled the new bushings from the underside of the brackets. Wondering if there's any long-term negative impact from doing it this way?
