I gave Prius 2011 same problem, Stealership and most shops didn't want to fix it( obviously they want to squeeze my pocket for costly repairs)
you made my day, I LOVE YOU MAN!

Thanks, short but informative. What I needed was to see which hose was the incoming & which one was the outgoing.

@@rcempire1877 Sorry to hear it! I dealt with that myself :/
As a follow up, someone on priuschat who knows more than I do said that he traced the hoses on his vehicle, and he says the manual appears to be backward, and you were right to begin with.
I guess, as it says in the Bible, "dost thou thine own research!"

THere is a lot of minerals, sendiments in normal tap water. Now they are in the heater, ready to "eat" things. Should of used distilled water.

It was a 3/4 inch of I remember correctly. I don't use this car because a head gasket problem and that's why my heater was acting funny lol

@@silasf94 I ended up scrapping the car. It also had a blown head gasket that was mainly the issue.

My 2010 prius high temperature light blinks on for seconds on freeway. Will this fix it?
