- 60g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
- 50g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 50g All purpose flour
(中力粉)
- 8g Cocoa powder
(ココアパウダー)
- Freeze 20 minutes
(冷凍 20分)
●Choux Pastry:
- 135ml Water
(水)
- 20g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 50g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
- 65g All purpose flour
(中力粉)
- 8g Cocoa powder
(ココアパウダー)
- Low heat 60~90 seconds
(弱火 60~90秒)
- Wait for 10 minutes
(10分待つ)
- 2 Eggs
(卵)
- Bake at 190℃ for 25~30 minutes
(190℃ - 25~30分焼く)
●Cream:
- 100g Dark chocolate
(ダークチョコレート)
- 75ml Milk
(牛乳)
- Cool off
(冷やす)
- 200g Whipping cream
(生クリーム)
- 10g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)

Does anyone know if Nino's English translator is ever coming back? The last few videos haven't had roasting captions (even after weeks) and I miss them. I unfortunately do not know any other languages so can't read any of the other subtitle options.

Use the auto translate option and set it to English that way it will directly translate the captions to English

Really good video especially because it doesn't have a long intro, it has subtitles so all people can understand the recipe, and no distracting music. Nino, you deserve the world!💖💖💖

I don't really have the energy to cook the whole thing from scratch today, but I'm really craving the chocolate cream. My lazy arse came up with the idea of just cooking the cream and spreading it on the first soft white bread/Japanese bread I bought. That was still delicious, so thanks for sharing the recipe!
