This is exactly what me and my husband were just talking about. We think people who falsely accuse people of that kind of stuff are just as fucked up as the people who do it and should serve time for it because if they didn't get to the bottom of it he could have served time no questions asked but now she can walk free and we think she should serve time for it, why would you want your kid to go thru something like that if they didn't actually happen to them... so fucked up man...

Agreed, but there is no way to ever give back to the wrongly accused what they have lost. Someone will always suspect them, or bring it up, or they won't get back their job, or lost friends, etc. It's disgusting when people are falsely accused but when it comes to child abuse It's much worse!

It's that way because when a child does make an accusation they need to believe until proven otherwise too many times children are silent and adults automatically believe the child even they are guilty. it's a sad case these are a small percentage compared to men/women who do these crimes

I noticed something was up about her; she had no tears when talking about her daughter being touched, she showed no emotion whatsoever. Did she kill the kid? No. You never truly know anybody, but she trusted him. He betrayed that trust and did the unthinkable. Plus, after crying for so long about something, sometimes people go numb and can't cry about it anymore even if they wanna. Maybe think before you type and play the "blame them both" game.

I was watching the woman during the 2nd story and after the results were read I saw her trying to hold back a smile. She knew what the results were gonna be and she did it to hurt the guy.
The dude that had false allegations against him by the girls mother broke my heart. she really wanted to get rid of him. She could've just broken up with him but she wanted to destroy his life.

Man this is one of my biggest fear bc me and my sons mom split up years ago.. You can date someone who acts like they are the nicest and happiest person you've ever met but you really never know who they actually are. And the fact that people leave their kids with someone you only known for a couple months makes them guilty as well.
You make sure to have the good touch conversation with your child and reassure your baby that nothing is gonna happen if they tell you because perverts are good for saying if you tell I'll hurt your parents.
When somebody gets accused of sexual misconduct against a child and they are proven innocent and it is found that the other person falsified the information that person needs to be charged the same way as a guilty child molester
Absolutely agreed. However, the law cannot use a lie detector test as evidence to lock someone up, sadly. It could be used to point the investigation and if more evidence comes out, it’ll be used.
Dang...everytime I watch steve wilkos, I managed to see a lot of things, some good, some bad and some neutral, I mean, don't get me wrong...I like to see certain people, even kids get justice because once these monsters get exposed, they end up going away for a long time, that way those certain people and kids will be safe and ok...
what's sad is alot of em get by with no justice or just probation them some get 20 yrs. when the probation ones are just as bad or worse crimes than the ones who got the 20 yrs. I guess it depends on the laws in the state theyre n. 🤷

That first case was hardly shocking. It was exactly as I expected.

I can relate to the second one. I live in fear of being around my baby cousins due to what my biological father did to my cousin who is the mother. My cousin has this fear that I will do the same thing to her kids and it hurts. I sympathize with this man.

I don't know the last one I don't think she coached her daughter I think that she had a lot of traumatic stuff that happened to her when she was a kid that maybe she might have said some stuff did this person touch you this way you can tell Mom you know what I mean sometimes you may be putting stuff in their head coaching them and stuff I don't know I just don't think all the other ones I do on here but this lady I never thought that she did sometimes a lie detectors can be one hundred percent right what's the are there only 99.9% accurate and they're not accurate in a court of law but I do know if you have mental problems especially mental health problem PTSD and other things sometimes that might make lie detectors act like you're lying or telling the truth when you're really not also like I said I'm pretty sure this lady had problems in the past stuff that happened to her so asking her daughter all the time is this person doing this to you please tell Mommy if this person is doing this to you like I said it might make it look like she trying to coach your daughter when she's really not
Bro, she failed for coaching her daughter. It's that simple. These polygraphs can be used in court, as they have plenty of times in the past to get people locked up.
