Is a 5600x also enough for non-gaming programs like Adobe Premiere Pro?

Yes since Adobe uses mainly the gpu. But if you have a higher budget, I would go with a cpu with more core and threads like the ryzen 7 5700x.

Ppl dont know that if you want to test benchmark apex legends, you need to do this in battle royale game in some part where have a lot to load, like enemys or big map structures.

There are better options in terms of reading and writing speeds, but for the price I think its worth it

ill try when i can, if it gives good boost ill take extra 40w, frankly its working fine underclocked i dont see the need of it at all

Nah, not much. I play on 1080p and I haven't noticed any significant bottleneck. The bottleneck is only in more CPU demanding games like Kingdom Come Deliverance for example but even with more powerful CPU that game still runs like shit in certain places.
