Good going Woody. I'm 66 and the True Stretch machine (that grid Woody starts out on) is part of my 6-days a week workout starter. 15 minutes on that, 5 minutes on the eliptical to get the muscles going and then doing a full circuit of the various positions, leaves me energized and relaxed. Only then do I start with the weights. If my wife would let me, I'd put one of those True Stretch grids in the house. And that planked row (where he's kneeling and lifting a weight up to his shoulder, towards the end) is great for the core.
