They have lowest swipes on dating apps
They are ignorant and uncouth brutes
@@drexeldragon1723 Agreed. The school just passes people who don't know how to read to be nurses. Really scary what they at these paid for schools.
Everyone should have their degrees evaluated before any plane doors fall off again.
This school is a danger to the Medical profession.
The reader was Valerie Clary-Muronda, an obese black woman who teaches in the Thomas Jefferson University Nursing School.
Not buying the "written phonetically" excuse. Somebody can't read. (Why do you even need to write Thomas or Elizabeth or Molly phonetically?)
Alissuna Mollyna… where did she find the ending na??😂😂
Unless things have changed, usually it’s the graduate themselves who write the phonetic way of saying it. How could so many graduates write the phonetic pronunciation of their own name so unrecognizable? And Thomas is literally in the name of the school.
made the News as it was the black women being intentionally disrespectful & Prejudice to the Jewish Children's names.
Why didn't someone take over? Can this person even read?
This is like the substitute teacher sketch from Key and Peele.
Was the announcer a US citizen?
@@Joe-sg9ll Lunchtime rowdies I heard. Not sure what that is.
Valerie clary muronda is the name
She was literally to inept to problem solve the basic principle of referring to the phonetic help section when coming across a name that was less obvious than molly... honestly, how does someone gain employment at a university when they have a complete inability to think even slightly laterally??? Surely after mispronouncing the first name, jeez even the second, the fact they sounded soooooo frikin unlike any name ever youd stop to take stock of what was going on
She messed up BECAUSE the cards used the phonetic spelling. IPA spelling is almost unreadable if you don't know how.
@@Jordan117then why did they let her speak then?
@@ghostlyemperor4557 You know why.
@@williamrockwell9705 made the News as it was the black women being intentionally disrespectful & Prejudice to the Jewish Children's names. That is the only reason you are hearing about this.
she was purposely trying to make the names sound African.
I love that the students that they showed were able to laugh about it. I would have too but I understand if others were pissed. I worked hard and paid all this money. The least you can do is pronounce my name right!!! 🥴
How about reimbursing the students for their tuition costs? They were made laughingstock’s to the nation. That’s a lot of pain and suffering.
How is Syeer phonetically close the spelling of Sarah. Soind this out S-air-ah.
Shame on them.. Took their money and disrespect the graduates with unintelligible language. 🤦🏾♂️
If you dont think this was done intentionally , wake up
Come on man, that's not nice. She can't help being born the way women are. It's almost a disability. And you know they don't even know what to do with computers.
That New York Mayor said so! Be more understanding please of their talented & gifted status.
i think this was racial . kinda like a payback for minority names being mispronounced. completely unprofessional. no way she couldn’t say thomas or elizabeth .
That is all it is and it shows what a mistake it was to allow these monsters to dwell among us.
Mr. Garvey ?
Y’all are mistaking PHONETICS with PHONICS. Phonics is what we learned to use how to read in second grade. PHONETICS is the spelling showing how to pronounce each syllable in a word.
Purposefully done.
I feel bad for Thomas. People are going to call him “Tom Moo May” for the rest of his life.
the students were mature enough to just go along with it xD
A 6 year old could read the names better..... What was the point of having this speaker. She even seemed uncomfortatble. I get the reason which is ridiculous- how embarrassing for the University and so insulting to the students. Do better.
Maeve, we see you! Congratulations! Form Grandma J.'s friend.
the best part is that the school name is Thomas Jefferson University, and she can't even pronounce Thomas right!
This is what happens when someone was taught to read on Common Core principles.
I don't want to hear back talk from you BolockKay. JayQuellin is perfectly able to pronounce these names
"You done messed up, Ay Ay Ron!"
She got BROSTOSKI BUT NOT ELIZABETH😂😂😂😂😂😂
imagine not being smart enough to know it wasn't right
She knew
They should change their name to Tamoomie Jeefaaarsoon Université
I didn’t know you could drop out of kindergarten and get a job at a college
I think someone should have rehearsed with her. Made sure she understood why the cards were spelled that way.
the funniest part is that the students have to write their names and the way it’s pronounced . so umm mr. Tah-mu-may , are you ok?? lol
Why did they have to provide phonetic spelling for common English names? If you speak english with any fluency you should have heard all these names.
I swear she was high, absolutely no way you could mispronounce so many common simple names. Who picked herto read off those names??
Why couldn't there be an Aaron...A A ron 😅😂
Bruh get an English announcer next time. 😂
Plane tickets to the U.K. are quite expensive.
@@MickeyMishra oops I should have been more clear.. American English.
But since you didn't comprehend what I meant, maybe you need a plane ticket to the U.K. so you can get a translator. 🤡
She must have went to the Derek Zoolander school for kids who can't read good.
The phonetic spelling on the cards is the explanation given, but it doesn’t make sense. If she’d read the actual phonetic spelling, it would’ve been fine. She seemed to be guessing, as if she wasn’t familiar with English at all. So why on Earth did they get her to read out the names?
The normal ones were on the top. The phonetic spellings were on the bottom of the cards
This is just to announce their brand new School of Languages an Communication...
WTF?!!!!..... How will she say my name?(' Roe - been?'
For four years our high school principal mispronounced my last name. Graduation day he got it right but pronounced my middle name wrong. Yet I lived.
The Japanese emperor in 1945 had a similar pronunciation ability....
