@@Abejaved I'd assume so. Not so much to shift but more for simultaneously sustaining 3 or more different personalities at the same time. Pretty much multiple personality disorder but more hardcore. As far as I know personality switch doesn't occur in a flip of a finger, it takes some time and usually requires a trigger. So switching back and forth like it's nobody's business would surely be taxing for the body and mind. It's different personalities residing in one body afterall.
