This week’s virtual #OpenHouse features a Fairfield with a Farmhouse exterior. This ranch floorplan includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 1,863 square feet. The Fairfield Farmhouse featured in this video includes:

luxury vinyl flooring in the main living spaces - Seaside Sparrow Pine
cathedral ceiling with a real wood beam stained Rustic Walnut was added above the great room, dining room, and kitchen
basement stairs relocated to the front of the home and finishes with carpet, as well as rail and spindle to open the space
included flex room was changed to create a large walk-in pantry accessed through a pocket door from the kitchen, a walk-in coat closet with a pocket door, and the relocated half bathroom
removed the wall between the owner's entry and laundry room
3' wide doorways in the owner's suite, half bathroom, main bathroom, and from the garage
added a 36" direct vent fireplace with a Susquehanna Ledgestone face and Natural stone raised hearth bumping into the great room on the side wall
removed the secondary bedroom closet doors and replaced with jamb & cased openings
in the kitchen, the refrigerator was relocated to the rear wall with a cabinet and support panels flanking, cooktop and wall oven cabinets were added, the wall cabinets are now staggered-height, and the island now features a flush eat ledge and a drawer base cabinet
the kitchen cabinetry is Tilden Purestyle Stone Gray and Admiral Blue with Oceana quartz countertops, a Blanco Truffle single-bowl undermounted sink, and a Stellen Matte Black faucet
in the owner's suite, the closet doorway and bathroom linen closet were removed, a pocket door leads into the owner's bathroom, and there are double sinks at the vanity
the owner's bathroom features the included 60" shower surround with a bronze-framed sliding shower door with obscure glass
both full bathrooms feature Sinclair White painted cabinetry with Iceberg quartz countertops and White rectangular undermounted sinks
all bathrooms feature Modern Matte Black plumbing fixtures and Genta Matte Black bath accessories, as well as ergo-height, elongated bowl toilets
the main bathroom features the included tub/shower surround
