Just don’t think about it and make sure u prep before. Try to put pillows on the floor and every time you do it remove a pillow

do lot of push ups & do a handstand on the wall facing it if you cant make your noes touch without bending your arms for more then 10secs then you gotta gain more upper body strength

there are HBCU colleges in america that allow girls to do the majorette dancing..if your interested look up (hbcu majorette auditions)
