This is definetly something Ned would do. In the books he admitted to treason, acknowledges Joffrey as king and would have gone to the wall, to ensure his daughters safety. He'll leave the rest to Stannis and Renly.
I love your writting, the way you describe things, like feelings or perceptions from the characters. But it's also great in terms of plot. Nothing incredible happened, no easy saves, no heroic rusheness, no final battle good vs evil. It feels very realistic. And even if this had happened in the show, it doesn't end the primary conflict, it can still happen later and unfold in a different but credible way. Tywin's reactions and priorities are very on character. As well as Ned's decisions and composure during the whole thing. And Cercei's lack of vision in order to get revenge is very spot on too Nice
There are ways ned could get out of this. He could swear fealty to Joffrey Baratheon but revel he is a Lannister therefore not breaking is oath. He could also step down as warden of north and Robb and wage the war.
Honestly I think Ned would probably come up with a counter offer. I don't know what he could offer to make Tywin accept it but I can't see him swearing fealty to Joffrey this easy. Also can't wait to see how Tywin is gonna rip Cersei and Joffrey a new a-hole.
The Lannisters didn't have Arya anymore, so they would not be able to give her over, and Ned wouldn't agree to bend the knee unless he knew Arya was safe. I could imagine Yoren manages to inform Ned that he has her, but then Ned would use that information to push some more demands in return for only getting Sansa.
Sorry but there’s no reason that choosing trial by combat would have assured different outcome that what happened. Ned’s father chose this course of action n was still executed. Why do you believe Joffrey could be counted on to act honorably given all the evidence to the contrary?
i wind in this what if scenario he meets with stan is and arranges a marriage between jon snow and sherren baratheon, revealing jon’s lara tiger and giving stannis more legitimacy for his claim to the throne?

Nice
You're story telling is amazing!!
Expecting much more content from you
I hope Sir Barristan meets Jon and recognizes some of Raehgar features and finds out who Jon is
This is both badass and well told so far. I can’t wait for more!
Tywin doesn't laugh. But I love this alternative story
haha I think he has once or twice

if he didn’t swear to joffrey he’d return home and immediately be crowned king in the north

I need more my good sir! Great work
4:49 Tywin laughing reminds me of the scene between Batman and Harley Quinn in the animated series lol
Great video!!

Tywin would've kept Sansa hostage, and made Arya return with Ned, which was originally Cersei plan too ... Why would he make all Starks return?
Since Renley and Stanis are both apparently working together, doesn’t that mean that he can just shadow baby Grey
Nice work 👏
great story
still here, good video, but isn't Arya on the streets at this point? she fled the Red Keep the same day Ned was taken.
It is far to off base at this point for me. Half of this stuff wouldn't happen based on what the characters would already be doing.
Joffrey wouldnt have given it too him because he is too dumb to honor any rules. It too Tyrion then Tywin to rope in his madness

Yeah, selmy is his only chance of making it out of the city alive. Im only a minute in though
I doubt lord stark would agree to fealty. His honor and duty to truth and justice may outweigh even the life of his daughter. But that's just me
I know what you mean but he gave in the books and show, it's just that Joffrey killed him anyway afterwards
Greta Job so far
Why do all the characters seem slightly different than the real life actors? AI?
Very obvious AI
Lol it is quite hard to find images from the show/book since it didn't actually happen
