My Celtic blood vibrates with the music and watching a true artist work! Wonderful job! God bless!
You don't look Romanian or Turkic to me. The Celts in the British Isles came from there according to the Anglo-Saxon chronicles, and make up under 2% of your population (and even then it's just admixture). You look 100% Germanic to me, probably R1b haplogroup. Although almost all western Europeans are, except when you hit France or the med where it bleeds out into arabic blood. But for some reason the Celt LARP prevails, no idea why. I guess it's just laziness to actually research genetics.
That is stunning, loved the music too.
Beautiful, both the necklace & the music! Thank you! In Gratitude .... Suzan 💜🎶🐾

Awesome song.
Que bello trabajo.
Wow! thank you!
amazing work , subbed 👍
Beautifully done! Would this last as a torc instead of a necklace with a closure? Or would it need to be thicker?
Awesome! Subscribed!
Beautiful! U give me such inspiration! What gauge is that wire and is it silver? Looks beautiful!
It's silver..
Maybe it's 1.5 mm
Amazing video! Thanks for sharing!
I wonder if the terminals connection was done in the same way back then?
Am wondering the same, since torches of the type now used weren't available then.
Brilliant
Very nice background score
awesome
Espetáculo!!!🙌👏👏🇧🇷
Just a few questions if you have time. Is there a way to estimate how much wire to begin with. Like for an 18 inch ( 47 cm) neck how long would the wires I braid need to be. I assume they lose length in the process.
Next what is the gauge of that wire? 12 from what I can guess based on experience but I don’t know.
Third what solder should be used easy? Medium?
The Mjölnir you are wearing is ev'rything...🖤
That would make a cool bracelet
AMazing. What length wire did you start with?
Thx!!! Спасибо, то что искал.
Шаришь такое делать?)
This is lovely to watch! How do we purchase one from you? I’ve been looking for a silver necklace that isn’t a Byzantine or rope chain. This would be a perfect collar necklace.
Norse pagan to norse pagan...you did our ancestors proud good work may freja bring you prosperity
Can we please talk about that amazing Music? 💓💓
Do you know "Heilung" and "Eivør", for example? 😍👍
How long should the wire pieces be to make it into a cuff? I want to make one for my boyfriend. Your video was very helpful! 😊
Also love the background music.
Very nicely done. How did the Norse makers join things? Did they have an equivalent to modern solder? I know nothing about this but how much exchange had there been from previous contact with say the Romans?
I'm sure from their sword Makin skills they knew how to weld/braise metal.. And they made other fine jewelry aswell
Norsemen were very adequate forge welders. 👍🏼
I really found this interesting! How would the Viking silversmiths have traditionally attached the clasp? A small forge?
Yep with a blow pipe or whatever you call those things.
A Gypsy Circle yes
Awesome! Weird to see wires twisted upon each other to make this ingrained, complicated, work of art.
#ono
The same finished look can also be achieved with braiding single wires, instead of twisting pairs.
Cool
where can i buy these? :D
How many times were the initial pairs twisted ?
Great video who is the music by ?
What was the purity of silver back then during that age?
Can u plz make a video how r u rotating it
music is copyright or free,?
As I think about viking era I think every thing should be forge welded and solid parts at the end should be protruded with forge and hammering from main part not welded. Just an idea. Great work!
Genial. 😱
Recon how many feet of wire took to twist that bad larry up
Hi sir me azhar and I want to ask that how 6wire will be twisted
I am surprised there isnt a core to this. But i am SO trying this with copper wire 🤩

@@BaronWoodPig 😉👍 takker
What Gauge wire you used 16 or 18
Well now I have something to go by.
Wow!!!
I honor thee.
Skål!
Wow
WOW
This seemed doable until the hammering began. Perhaps I can find a Viking-esque clasp somewhere premade...
the hammering is the easy part ...having said that i am a blacksmith lol
All you need is a hunk of reasonably smooth steel to pound on and a hammer! Practice a bit with brass or copper. Grip the work with pliers or leave it long and cut it off after forging. Anneal when it isn’t wanting to move under your hammer blows anymore. A nail set will pierce a hole, especially an old carbon steel one. An old carbon steel nail can be annealed, filed to a mandrel shape and rehardened and tempered, becoming an even smaller punch for tiny holes. Instead of punching, I usually drill an undersized hole and then expand it. And to grip round stock, leave yourself a bit extra length and forge a flat on the end to grab with pliers. The other thing is that to move metal you don’t want a flat faced hammer, you need a noticeable dome. Flat hammers are good for straightening, flattening and removing hammer marks though.
You can hammer a chunk of silver into a rough flat sheet then use a jewelers saw to cut a more refined clasp.
It's a very lovely piece👏!
I just wonder if it's comfortable to wear? I want to get my son one if it is...
I couldn't make it myself, no way! I'll leave THAT to him!😁 awesome artist!
I wantttt
