Hi there..great video. one thing that is still not clear to me is: why are the units in each block sampled without replacement? wouldnt that affect the probability of each sampling unit being picked and hence affect the randomization?

This a great example. Shall with calculate the results with 1 way or 2 way ANOVA?
possibly with one way ANOVA because yield is probable single variable taken into account.
