I’m depressed now. Didn’t know about ce bombs. I got a 5 star ce to lvl 71 through burning 1 and 2 star non leveled ce’s. Could have gotten multiple so much more progress...
Read a lot of guides on this, but having a video on is much more effective, thanks!

You can feed 20 of the CEs by feeding 16 regular ones, and then the remaining 4 to MLB last. I don't know why putting it first doesn't work, but putting the MLB ones last will give you a little bit more mileage, by allowing you to stuff in 3 extra 1* CEs. I like spamming my method each with their own respective rarities (1*s fed with 1*s, 2*s with 2*s) , and then stuffing it all onto a MLB 2* CE. These capped MLB 2* CEs then get fed to whichever CE I want. I sort of figured out this way after spending a few minutes realizing it only costed me 100 qp to level up a 1* CE, so I wanted to maximize the exp gain per 100 qp. You also do not get more exp by using the same CE. Unlike other gacha games where you get certain attributes that allow for 1.5x the standard exp, we don't have that here in FGO. I'm glad to know there's someone else who does it in a similar fashion like me though, since I personally find that method to be really easy to do.

Wiliam Shakespeare In my opinion, the video did it way better than any other video you could find, since it showed you how many CEs exactly to put per bomb (and exactly how one is made). I might be a bit biased, since I did it in an extremely similar way back when the FGO NA was a month or two old, so whatever he said translated through my mind easily. Basically, you want to feed 16 of the same rarity CE (same rarity as the one being leveled), and 4 copies of the CE you are leveling to MLB the CE that is being leveled. Spam that a bunch of times with your 1*s and 2*s, and feed 20 of those "mini bombs" to a regular MLBed 2* CE. Keep on doing the entire process to get the MLBed 2* CE to cap, and that MLBed 2* capped CE is your actual "CE bomb." You put a bunch of these onto the CE you use all the time, and you'll get a lot more bang for your buck. Why this works? EXP in CEs are passed down, so you can pay less to get more amounts of EXP for your CEs you want to level.

Every guide tells you to do something different. Any comment on that? Why specifically 18k exp? Why put 2M exp into a 1* CE (for feeding to your 5*) if you can put more than that into a 2* (for feeding to your 5*)? What about feeding the event CE's like the KnK knives, or the F/Z worms?
I have never max a MLB, because it was ridiculous how to level them up. And now i just saw this video from 2 years ago, from one of the best fgo youtuber. I need to learn how to do this 😁

Btw, did you hear about the JP rumor that's running around? Apparently they're making claims that if you pulled the Mango, your account gets cursed and you have F rank luck pulling SR and SSR servants until you max rank the Mango (without grailing)

Yeah the rumor apparently says that unless you max ascend + max level him, your luck stays F rank on the quartz gacha

This is good to know if you want to save or spend.
I make my CE bombs with a 1* CE bomb till it is a MLB then start a new 1* CE bomb of the same type then add enough XP to get it to 16k into it then add a 3* CE I don't want then the MLB 1* CEbomb of the same type to make it the most xp for the lowest QP cost (should be over 23k xp in the bomb). Max it out to the lvl 49 then make a new one...I always seem to get the SUPER SUC at the end

I've been scouring for a good video guide and was surprised that there was none. Thanks so much for this. Would there be any benefit to using the CE exp cards from this event to CE bomb, do they work differently?
Jonathan Litwinka No, they do not work any differently. I suggest you only use them to feed the CE bomb (the 2* one), because 1*s will easily be capped just with those event EXP CE cards. The reason why they don't work differently is because the EXP is accumulated, meaning that all the EXP spent to level one CE will transfer to the CE you want to actually level and use. Most games don't have this system, and doesn't make it worthwhile that you do these capping methods before leveling, probably because other games just find it easier to just introduce bigger and better exp cards that are slightly harder to get. Both ways work, but I feel like what FGO did here is pretty unique, though a lot more complicated to maximize the amount of EXP you get while spending the least amount of qp.
+johnny wu but u can feed the 1* MLB CE bomb , no? Im a little confused. It would be less tedius, and you wouldn't lose much qp in comparison.
Frozenkex You can make a 1* CE capped and feed it, but I personally like to make a 2* one, mainly because that's the rarest rarity in the fp gacha without it being too rare like a 3* CE bomb investment (I also like selling some 3* CEs for mana prisms).

Is there any reason why you dont use many of the same 1 star essences to make a bomb?
so we use 1* ce bombs to make 3* bombs
then use 3* bombs on 1*s
then use those on 4 and 5* CEs?
Does this work similarly with servants or nah? Even if I don’t bother ranking them up

So I've created a CE bomb which contains around 2 mil xp. Should I feed it to a MLB 5* CE for a few levels or should I wait to create more CE bombs and reach the CE 's max level in one go?
Wait till you have 5-10 to feed it imo that way if you get a super / great succ it's more beneficial
Wait, I thought accumulated xp wouldn't get affected by great/super successes, so it wouldn't make much difference since standard xp is insignificant compared to accumulated xp in a CE bomb.

The SQ giving quests unlock on the 25th so I am guessing we will get our Iri during that time. Mine is max level already but just waiting for that.

DON'T DO IT WHILE PULLING FOR ANGRA. I been working on this for weeks. I accident click on paid gacha instead of fp gacha because I wanted to get it over with in between adjust inventory space and summon gacha, and miss click. Not worth going back and forward doing this. Wasted SQz
