It's Joan Bennett's (February 27, 1910 - December 7, 1990) turn in the film noir dame spotlight. Alongside her sisters, Constance and Barbara, Joan made her film debut as a child, and in the 1930s she found herself cast in ingenue-type roles. In the 1940s, sporting dark hair paved the way for a new career for her, in dramas, and especially film noir; she starred in two of the most successful of the decade. I used "Shadows In The Night" by Royalty Free Sounds. Clips from: The Woman In The Window (1944) Scarlet Street (1945) Secret Beyond The Door (1947) The Woman On The Beach (1947)
