Aquashella 2022 in Orlando, Florida was an incredible experience and one of the best collections of fish available at any event I've ever attended! Not to mention the incredible collection of fish just in the hotel lobby! Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoyed the video!

Zac, I'm soo stoked you mentioned the Florida Flagfish. I have a tank that I started doing a small US native fish to include Rainbow Shiners, Flagfish and Margined Madtoms. I just started breeding the Flagfish. If you want some, let me know. I will get you some. No cost. Let me know.

I am new to your channel (like today) and watched quite a few of your videos… being different in this one showed us ‘you’ and your likes and what makes you tick… no one keeps fish for just ‘fun’ most of us are ‘finatical’ in one way or another… from Yorkshire, England… you doing you keeps it all real 🐟 it helps the tutorials and builds knowing who you are 🐠

Glad you had fun, and hope you enjoyed the few days of warm. I personally would LOVE to see you do a tank with the smaller natives. I had some flag fish, and they were loads of fun, very pretty and personable. There are also lots of pygmy sunfish that are really pretty, and of course some of the minnow types are surprisingly colorful. Bonus: heating requirements are often pretty minimal. Many of these should be available from your buddies at Jonah's Aquarium.

Love it. It is so cool to see you being a hobbyist. We all watch these channels and even though we enjoy them and it appears you all enjoy making them, it has to feel like work sometimes. So to see you being a hobbyist and just caught up in the experience, is nice. It reminds me that, even though I don’t have a channel and I don’t have a fish room and I don’t have 9000 tanks, I can still just enjoy what I have. We all started out as hobbyist and it’s what we are at heart. Feel free to share more content like this. Take care b

One more vote for the flagfish here. Their colors and Iridescence are incredible when they're given dark substrate and the males look like tiny largemouths. They've quickly become one of my favorite species and I'd be excited to see what you do with them.

Hi Zack I have a question that I hope that you can help me with so tomorrow I’m getting one of those preformed plastic ponds and I was wondering If I can use It above ground I saw your video on the pond you have on your porch but the pond I’m getting has different levels I was just wondering if I could place It on the grass or on cement on my patio and fill it full of water would it be safe to do so without damaging the pond itself thank you
Check out the tubs that Cory from Aquarium Co-Op uses in his fish room. Could be a good option other than the Rubbermaid tubs.

Can anyone help I bought 100 gallon stock tank I need heating for it can I use a normal fish tank heater ??
If you get a heater rated for 100 gallons or you could use smaller but Itd take longer to heat it up
Sorry bro I haven’t been much Active as much as I was on your channel and Instagram found out my mom had cancer and needed emergency surgery to get rid of it and was worried about her because I had cancer and lost so many friends to cancer as if now she doesn’t need to do chemo or radiation but I’m still on the chemo pills for my tumors.

The surgery and amputation went well. He's still recovering and there's some complications we're trying to figure out! But all in all it went well! I was going to include an update with this one, but wanted to have all the information first!

Just be careful taking native fish over state lines there's a lot of guidelines to that.
