2003 was definitely the best one in my opinion.
I would like to watch it do you know where I can
Paramount +
@@TheLocalTH-camr I was visiting my grandma's house and she had Paramount + so I had to relive the nostalgia. I felt like a kid again for a few minutes sitting on the rug with a bowl of cereal on my lap.
It's the 2nd best for me. My favorite is 2012 turtles
I might be a bit biased, but the 2003 series is by far the best. The characters actually act serious, and there are a lot more “closer to life” themes and lessons in the show. Oh, and the 2003 incarnation of the Shredder is the most evil one by far. Considering that he has absolutely no morals whatsoever, he is a complete sociopath who just kills whoever he wants whenever he wants.
Its crazy how the singing is accurate to the original
Thank you!
@@ThomasStraitonCreations I actually had a thought you are the ones who sang the original intro, it really sounds very authentic lol.
Honestly thought he was the original singer for a sec
You even sound like the singer.
Только Шредер не так прозвучало как в оригинале там более ужасающей
03' Turtles was the absolute best version and I will forever die on this hill. It was darker and grittier than the 80's series, the voice acting was great, the characters were well designed, the jokes were actually funny, and when it needed to be serious, it was. It was never not entertaining.
Well the 2003 series is heavily inspired by the original 80s comics, hell TMNT co-creator Peter Laird helped with production and touching up the scripts
@@The_Blue_Otaku Yeah, and Laird went all-out with it because he actually HATES the 80s cartoon and its popularity with a debatably unhealthy passion. He really wanted to make a version that blew that one out of the water, and I think he succeeded, even if I have no ill will towards the 80s show myself.
i had no idea he hated the 80s show, the 80s show was ok but i definitely preferred the more darker tone of the 2003 version, leo being my favorite turtle@@metanightmare4454
For me, the first four seasons were really good overall. Not perfect, there were some decisions I wouldn't have made (chief among them: I'd have kept Oroku Saki human, let him die at TCRI, and made Foot founder Ch'Rell a separate character...and maybe given him the pseudonym Lord Krang as a reference), but overall very good. Then...it went off the rails in a not great way. Ninja Tribunal, Fast Foward, Back to the Sewer...it fell into cheap, derivative gimmickry and toy-based story decisions, similar to the 1987 Murakami Wolf show. I think what happened was leadership changed at 4Kids and the writers no longer had as much free reign to do whatever they wanted. It seemingly became a show by committee.
But seasons 1-4 on their own are easily the best TMNT show so far. The 2012 Nickelodeon show was more consistent than the totality of the 4Kids series, but not as good as its first four seasons.
FACTS
20 years later and I still wonder how *4kids* of all companies gave us not only one of the best adaptions of the TMNT, but also this absolute banger of an intro.
Cowabunga, my dude!
because the creator of the comics had a hand in its making
And the Darkest one, its weird how they censored Yugioh and One Piece when there were scenes in TMNT 2003 that were probably darker than the former and latter.
you say that like 4kids didn't CONSTANTLY release banger intros. Sonic X theme, yugioh theme, One Piece rap, they're responsible for the OG pokemon dub intros, Kirby right back at ya.
@@TheToffen They butchered shws bit game us banger music
The only thing they did wrong was kick out the creator and then make the future series
"Count on Raphael to throw the first punch."
"Never fight unless someone else starts."
Somehow I love the contradiction between those two lines.
Actually it's not a contradiction if you look at this way, when diplomacy or stealth fails Raph will take the initiative to end fight as soon as possible.
It's Raphael. It goes without saying.
@@zillagrilla315 The first punch is the first punch regardless, but even ignoring that, Raphael has been known to fly off the handle before any diplomacy has been attempted. The turtles may "live by the code of the martial arts" as a group, but Raphael alone kind of doesn't; he has to be reined in by his brothers in order for the code to be held up collectively.
"If all else fails then it's time to kick butt." Gotta throw that first punch to kick butt
The bad guys always start the fight with a none punch attack such as a kick, elbow, knee, headbutt, ect... Ralph then throws the first punch. Contradiction solved.
When I heard you say "watch out for Shredder" I actually got chills
"WHERE??"
The shedder got bro quaking in his boots
This is THE turtles series, and no matter what comes in the future, it will remain that way.
🗿🍷
I know fast forward was just pushing the new toy line, but still would have been nice to get some closure!
Up until they add an adult ninja turtles cartoon.
PREAAACH
It's like how the 90s movie will always be the best one
For those who weren't born yet: This is what some 90's kids consider to be peak TMNT. I know I sure do. This song will forever be burned into my mind.
Me and my brother got the 2003 toys lol
Being a 90's kid this was my first time running into the turtles and man you don't know how much I craved it every night. Definitely peak TMNT there
So did 2000's kids
90s kids are those that were kids in the 90s, in which case surely you would've watched the original cartoon from 87-96? 00s kids like me, who were born in the 90s but were kids in the 00s, watched TMNT from 03.
Same here
TMNT 2003 and 2012 are my childhood shows 🤩
I recall the 2003 TMNT was universally ignored by the 80ies crowd 10 years ago. I am happy to know that the 2003 TMNT are finally starting to get the recognition it deserves.
That’s what people said in 2000s when they are talking about the 80s.
In about 10 years we'll get a 2012 tmnt resurgence
верните меня в нулевые,когда я смотрел этот шедевр😢 (спасибо за старания и такое видео,парни)
I know🥹
Я подумал это оригинал, очень классный кавер
Мультфильмы 2000-х были брутальными и зрелищными
2003 series is my favorite series i grow up on 2003 series & hearing the theme song again what me go back to watch that series again
TMNT season 6 “Fast Forward” theme song
That little guitar riff at the beginning has lived rent-free in my head from the very first time I saw the show.
After fifteen long years since the show’s cancellation it’s so GOOD to finally see the show getting some more love.
i agree
i recently decided to rewatch the series because i had seen the theme recoommended to me so i did and i forgot how good it was
im so glad 2003 is slowly making a come back, I was almost scared it would get forgotten with how much people are into 2012 and rottmnt
@@gothic_ace20372012 clash of clans
The 2003 opening is *FIRE* to this day. And the fact that such an upbeat, hype opening was used for one of the darkest iterations of TMNT just makes it better.
It's shocking how amazing that show was..
What are all early 2000's cartoon intros so freaking well made
2003 is the best one, can't change my mind. It's such a banger
There was a time when there were no covers of this legendary intro music. But the time has come, the children of the 2000s have grown up
One of those times where the cover is legitimately better than the original.
Эх. детство. Спасибо за вашу рекомендацию.
Мне 23 года, работала на заводе почти без выходных. Подаренная вами ностальгия немного вернула меня к жизни. Спасибо.
😂подтверждаю
I'm not crying, these are just tears of nostalgia🥺
is perfect
the best tmnt, nothing will change my mind
The nostalgia
Wooooooooooooo!
Childhood NEVER DIES!

"How many times have you watched this video?"
Yes
I love the combination of all the different verses throughout the seasons!
nostalgia ahhh
crazy how it feels like not long ago i was waking up on saturday mornings hearing this intro now im in my 20s listening to it for nostalgia. we getting up there fam
I know right? 😭😭😭

LOVED THAT SHOW, MAN, I´M NOSTALGIC
I'm so glad someone finally coverd the full version! This is awesome!!
My favorite TMNT show theme extended and remade amazingly. Chef's Kiss!
MAN MY CHILDHOOD!! THIS WAS SO AWSOME!! 🔥🙌🏻🤘🏻😆😩🐢🥷🏻⚔️
videos like this just put a smile on my face. no matter how bad the day was.
This is really good...
Я даже прослезился от ностальгии😢
The 03 Turtles had no reason to be so epic for a kid's cartoon, and you definitely did it justice!
This cover was nice I love how the lyrist combined both intros. And to me the best eras were 1987, 2003, 2012 series no debate.
That's it. I'm re-watching the show.🤟😎
Can I join?
@@ThomasStraitonCreations you don't even have to ask. Of course you can. 😎👍
I've watched the whole series at least 3 times lol...
I don't know HOW the 2003 series is so overlooked...
It blows my mind 🤯
Cowabunga!!!
Glad i experienced the 2003 TMNT and the 80's TMNT as my childhood
While 2012 and Rise are my favorite TMNT shows, the 2003 definitely has the best theme out of all the versions. COWABUNGA!
Rise... Ты серьёзно?
I wish they did a 2012 and 2003 Collab that would be really good
@@WarCriminalsimpngl, rise was pretty good
Nostalgia hit hard loved every seconds "Watch Out For Shredder!" 🎉❤🤗🥳
2003 series of Ninja Turtles will always be my favourite incarnation. And that theme song is so epic. 👍
24 this year, I remember binge watching this and fast forward when I was little, I need to rewatch everything again! 😂
You have NO IDEA I screamed in excitement when my TH-cam recommended this, god I miss the 2003s turtles 👏
My childhood😭💕
My inner child is FREAKING OUT! This show was my childhood and y'all did the theme SO MUCH JUSTICE! I love this so much! QwQ
I was just watching the whole show, so this is great timing.
I've seen the seasons 1-4 one more episode for 6, then it's off to 5 and 7.
Man THIS IS AMAZZZZING!!!!!!
Out of all the TMNT this is the only one I love to hear

Holy moly!
Hope this blows up really soon, thank you for reminding me of that gem of a franchise
my childhood...😭
Ah that's the good one
Это очень крутой кавер! 💓
I never get bored from this song 😍🤩🫀 I love it so much 🥺🧡 especially mickealangelo he is my favorite 🧡🎉
I started with a 2012 series 6 years ago, and then watched other existed media (movies, comics, serieses).
But in the retrospective the adult me love the 2003 series more. I can describe why:
- darker tone;
- New York feels alive (in 2012 it feels like they made 5 citizens and that's it);
- fights choreography and amazing 2d-animation;
- turtles are such a believable characters (such as others); they can experience complex emotions (turtles have layers too!), they talk and behave like real brothers; and they also very funny. (^~^;)ゞ
That’s an awesome analysis!!
I'd say in the 2012 version, the turtles work well together better, and their dynamics the best the only dynamic In the 2003 version is Ralph v Leo but in 2012 there ar loads more and 3d dosent necessary mean bad have you seen across the spiderverese and 2012 is darker in season 3 and 4 and at the end of season 4 master splinter literally died and never returned and they got darker costumes the 2012 version ha more humor in season 1 2 and 5 and seas9n 5 finally umm it was the most deperseing tnmt ending
2003 Turtles will always be one of the best. The show was pure Nostalgia.
I miss this series so much! Best TMNT series, best TMNT theme!
So nostalgic for me *sobbing*
I love your cover!
2003 is my favorite version. I still remember when my dad took me and my brothers to say hi to this older lady who lived very close to us.
I must’ve been nearly 5 and I was so hyped over the last TMNT episode and told her excitedly that Leo cut Shredder’s head off! My older brother was a bit embarrassed and started covering my mouth with his hand because I was spouting more stuff about the show lol
The show is only on DVD for physical release I really hope they release it on blu ray one day.
I've watched the whole series at least 3 times lol...
I don't know HOW the 2003 series is so overlooked...
It blows my mind 🤯
Ahhhh my childhood memories are coming back to me with this 🥹
Pure....NOSTALGIA...OVERLOAD❤❤❤
Nostalgia 🤩
I've grown up with 2012, but when I watched the 2003, it was so much better.
i never saw the 2012
i grew up on the 2003 and i was willing to try to 2012 series but after seeing shows like uncle grandpa and TTG appear around that time with shows like beware the batman i honestly had no interest and thought it was gonna be crap
given i have no idea how goot it wactually was so i bnet it had great moments and was overall a good serie
also i gotta ask after seeing the 2012 series first how did you come to watch the 203 and like it more
@enviousgaming3250 well, I had the 2003 version of the turtles on the Nintendo GameCube. Then I watched this quick short that was rating all the TMNT franchise, and it showed 2003 to be one of the best. Then I watched this video on the TMNT history, and the 2003 series was mentioned, so I decided to check it out, and boom.
@@enviousgaming3250yeah, 2012 was good. There was even one time when they played Mazes and Mutants (Dungeons and Dragons) and that was fun.
@@enviousgaming3250also, it was mostly due to this epic theme song
The 2003 Turtles are Legendary
I first watched the Secret of the Ooze turtles and then I really got into the franchise with the 2003 Turtles. The animation and the designs were top notch and I still love watching it today. Well all except for the Same as it never was episode. I cried.
Haven’t heard this for years. Awesome
TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES!!! 🐢🐢🐢🐢
Favorite series has got to be 2012. 2003 would have done it if it didn't COMPLETELY jump the shark in the last season. This theme song, however, is an absolute banger. And this was an incredible version of it.
I'll keep banging the Street Sharks drum until I die, but I'll also make a recommendation for the other show I watched on this cartoon block. (I don't remember what the name of the block was. It had a bunch of green branding). Code Lyoko. One of those songs that made me realize I like softer music.

@@mitchellalexander9162 Thanks! I can see from your avatar why you remembered😂
As soon as I heard it, memories come flooding in, had quite a few of the vhs tapes, would watch em repeatedly, with the action figures around me. Good times. This will forever be my favorite TMNT theme.
An epic rendition of the best TMNT theme, from the best TMNT show.
Tmnt, yugioh gx and what's new scooby doo have the best thene songs ever. Pure 2000s nostalgia great cover!
YESSSSSSSS 2003 SUPREMACY *SOBBING*
The 2003 version of TMNT theme song still awesome.
As someone who grew up with this iteration of the four green machines, this legitimately brought me back to being 6 again hearing this for the first time
And fuck me that was an experience, and influenced my music tastes from then pn
Prepare to be in my downloaded and good music playlists, you will be played repeatedly, resistance is futile. Cowabunga ma'dude's
Such a nostalgia to be hearing it; through one track, a lot of adventures comes to mind.
I grew up with this TMNT series. Nostalgia trip.
It's enough to make a grown man cry... 🥲👏
Absolutely amazing 2003 rocks
OMG YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSS my childhood is right there🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Oh god the nostalgia! People of my generation talk about 90's cartoons but I think the 2000s cartoons need some love as well! Jackie Chan Adventures, TMNT, Xiaolin Showdown!
So many awesome shows. Johnny Test, Digimon Tamers and Frontier, This version of TMNT, Yu Gi Oh, Sonic X, the Unicron trilogy from Transformers (Armada, Energon and Cybertron) although the best story wise was definitely Armada, and the list goes on. As a 90s kid who watched Disney, Fox Kids/4Kids and Cartoon Network in the early 2000s there were so many amazing shows.
This theme was a banger! Truly! And especially this version
True
Its too bad they dont make cartoons like this anymore i have fond memories watching tmnt 2003 series as a kid.
2003 and 2012 are my favorite versions of the TMNT!
This was awesome, I got my grandma liking TMNT a while back, we've been watching a few episodes about every other weekend. I'm gonna have to show her this
Remember TMNT from my childhood, I love it! My favorite theme song is season 6! I was wondering if you could perform that one

There are these options i've got in my mind. From the english dub of the digimon series, run around, going digital, and let's kick it up. The theme songs of the tv series, total drama series, storm hawks, and battle force 5.
