Tetsuya Hibino (日比野哲也 Hibino Tetsuya 10 April 1974, Owariasahi city, Aichi prefecture) is a Japanese professional drifting driver, currently competing in the D1 Grand Prix series.
Like many of the drivers in the D1GP, he is the owner of his own tuning shop called SunRise, and works on his car himself. Before starting in D1, he was part of a team called, "Dropout Racing".
He is very logical on driving over 100 days in circuits eather on race or practicing each year.
"Hibi-Tetsu" is his knickname in Japan.

足回りの構造って自由でしたよね？有効ストロークが「ショックを立てて」足りないならフォーミュラみたいな「プッシュロッド・プルロッド式」にして「寝かしたら」どうなってただろうか？金は掛かるだろうけども（；^ω^）スペースも必要だけど。

素人の自分でも、S2000がとても難しい車だと話の内容から感じました。その条件下で戦う日比野さんに脱帽です。車が熟成するまでは、厳しい状況とは思いますが、自分は日比野さんを応援し続けさせて頂きます。！月並みの事しか言えませんが、頑張ってください。
