You popped up on my homepage and I always find the goldmine of channels to be the one's with less views. To be honest, I don't think you're awkward in front of the camera; it seems like your thoughts are coming out naturally and cohesively. I've dealt with "bullying" or sort of taken for a nerd in my past jobs and even cried at all of my past jobs. I eventually quit my job one day and started my own handyman business even though it was the inverse of what I'd expect with two degrees, one of them in IT. I found that I enjoy working for myself with more autonomy and I'm the boss. You can do the same or start a side business that can turn into a full-time job. Feel free to ask any questions. I do gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, etc. Learn on a channel called Upflip. You're well-qualified and you're the kind of person I'd hire or suggest to start your own business.
That sounds like me at my other job. They always try to give all the work to the one person they know that takes the job seriously, while everyone else slacks off.
Aww 😢 I feel the same way. I would be so nervous going into work at some of my jobs. Like I wanted to die because i hated that job so bad. I would quit or ask to transfer to a different department. I realized that other adults don't care and will drop it all just like that.
I'm sorry for typing so many questions. But also, you don't have to apologize for anything. if nothing changes or gets better, I would ask for a transfer, or start now, literally get on indeed, l linkedin, etc. and start looking for a new job. That company will continue to operate just fine after you are gone and the world will not end if you quit. I had to tell myself these things too when i was in a job with a bully/mean/condescending manager. It is not worth your sanity, happiness , or mental health, to stay in a place like that, you deserve to be HAPPY. 😢 Idk how I find this video, but I'm cheering for you
It isn't mean to stand up for yourself. The only one you're belittling is you by allowing other's to talk down to you. If you believe in yourself and make the most out of every day no one else's opinion should matter. The only person you need to care about is you and do what you can to overcome fears. If you never give up then you will never fail. Find what makes you happiest and pursue it without fear or regret. Better to fail doing what you love than regret never doing anything at all. Best of luck to you.
i have social anxiety, so i changed my whole career field just so that i could work from home and avoid those coworkers. I am the same way. The person I am depends on who I'm talking to at that moment
It's time to mean mugg, If you still feel like you need to go out there and help those jerks, then no facial expression, just pretend they aren't there. Go out, do your work, then go back to your post. No conversation, just ignore. And if they start talking mess when you come out to help them, make a 180 and turn around and go back to where you came from. There is 100% nothing wrong with you sir. At my hospital job, my shift manager was mean and she yelled at me on my first week, because i was sitting down (and working) because i had gotten in a CAR ACCIDENT that same week and wasn't feeling good. she went off on me and i almost started crying.😢 😢 I realized that I didn't have to stay at that job
@@lilmamagc Thanks for asking! I'm feeling good because I finally am free of that place. I'm actually in my car about to record a video on it. I'm really sorry I haven't said much, I've been busy. It's really nice to meet you btw. You seem like a really kind person. How are you doing today if you don't mind me asking?

@@funglepuss3841 Thank you, I've always thought the same about never giving up. It's better to try and never make it than to never have tried.
Being bullied isn't your fault man❤
At my job 2 jobs ago, one of my coworkers always talked down to me like I was stupid and he always belittled me. I couldn't stand him

Congratulations or I'm sorry that happened to you.
@@vvoof2601 I approach that :)
whoever is bullying you is a jerk. they are freaking adults acting like some spoiled brats. Trust me, it isn't your fault
Honestly I think they are jealous of your youth.
There isn't wrong with your hair or your face or anything. I've never met you and there's nothing wrong with you.
