What would be a healthy shower routine for bald men? Should we use shampoo instead of soap on our scalps? You mentioned to use shampoo only three times per week, does that apply to bald men too? What about hot showers? I have a lot of questions 😅
A video for bald men treating this issue (oily scalp) would be highly appreciated 🙇🏻‍♂️

I bet mousse, curl foam, hair sprays and hair gels is what was causing my product build up, flathead, redness, scalp irritation, dryness, stiffness, stickiness. Thank you so much. Very informative! I will start limiting use. Cuz i was using every 3 days!!

Have you ever heard of the scalp producing so much sebum that after the tissue in the scalp was full it started sending the excess sebum throughout the body. I've got so much of this oily crap all throughout my body and it's driving me insane. I'm 44 and I had no idea that this was going on until two years ago when my fingers started to hurt. The doctors were perplexed and over time I was able to attribute my sensitive fingertips to stuff that was traveling down my arms from my head. So then I began trying to remove all this stuff from my body using various abrasive materials and time spent in a hot tub as it is water soluble. The more I break the stuff up in my scalp the more it trickles down and causes Havoc throughout my body. Especially likes to come out in the hair follicles above my lip. After seeing the doctor for two years they finally have a soft diagnosis of morgellons. I've never seen any rainbow colored string so I don't think I have that. I think my body is making a crazy amount of sebum. But I've experienced some pretty extreme side effects. as this stuff packed in my right side of my neck and ear it was pulling my jaw off center and wearing my teeth down. When I was 18 I blew my back out and was told I had a ruptured disc. 10 years later my dad looked at the m r i and shed did I never have a slipped disc I was perfect until Glendale come to realize if it's stuff that is in my lower back and makes it stiff and pulls on various tissue and muscles and I'm pretty sure that that was the cause of my back injury. Does any of this sound familiar

One other thing. The dark brown and black greasy material seems to coexist with a white more powdery type material. I have a feeling that that is the yeast you mentioned to that eats sebum. I need to get rid of this yeast

Use Salycylic acne face wash, scrub it in (don't scratch, but lather your scalp up) well, wash it out. Put conditioner after.
This also works great on my face, and follow up with salicylic acid pads, and then some CeraVe lotion. Only products that have actually helped my acne / skin in a noticable way. Lotion actually feels good too, not greasy and annoying. Soaks in quick.

A diet won't make any meaningful / significant changes to sebum overpoduction if someone has been dealing with this problem for many years (oily scamp + hair loss). A hair care is a reactive way of fighting the outcome of sebum overproduction. The only way to address this issue is to (somehow) influence the actual sebaceous glands in a way that they would shrink. As far as I am aware there is no other medical way to do it than taking isotretinoin orally (e.g. Izotek, {Ro}accutane etc) but this drug is not neutral for the body/system. Your advice is pretty weak and non-revelatory

What part of England are you coming from? I hope you are not in America having been hired for your accent. Americans think British accents mean the person is authoritative.
