Logistics has always been Americas greatest “unknown” advantage in warfare in my humble opinion.

Fun fact: for amphibious assaults, NATO is introducing an inflatable combat boot that can be inflated in the landing craft with integrated gas canisters, then deflated upon reaching land by spiking the respective bladders of each boot with a spur on the ankle gusset of the boot. The spur is why the boots have been given the name “platypus boots” (after the spur on the hind legs of the male platypus).

Over 80% of the items were British designed and invented.

No one seems to have told Putain that mass bombing of civilians is frowned upon.

Germany had an axial flow gas turbine/ jet engine running in the mid 1930s. Why is there no mention of this in this documentary please. Frank Whittle certainly achieved remarkable results with his centrifugal compressor engine but it lacked the efficiency of Germanies axial flow engine. At the end of the second world war both the US and Russia both aquired German technology and engineers. Rolls Royce were not the first to produce that type of engine at all. Also Germany was flying the Messerchmitt 262 before the English flew their aircraft. Germany also had both twin and four engined gas turbine aircraft before the British did, and i believe that they were opperational before the end of hostileties. My apollogies for gramma and other errors, English is not my first language

This may work AFTER the nuclear holocaust occurs, at least until the -70F kicks in. So Putin get his Ukraine for a couple months. Big win eh?

Angled armour is beneficial for potential deflections but its also thicker then standard armour.
--//-- --||-- The plane that ground fired artillery & angled armour meet in, increases the amount of material the artillery must defeat.
Indirect mortar fire (in theory) because of the high arch, would have an advantage meeting up with angled armour.
    😂(Got me now?)😮me neither😂

No. there was less than one company of Turkish troops on the entire peninsular when the landings occurred.
They were reinforced very quickly after the western forces stopped after reaching their first day objectives.
