    Great video do u know the dimensions of the metal u used and how were u able to get the bend in it for the side piece ?

    • @BCBackwaters
      @BCBackwaters  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Trent-1436 the metal was about 2” wide and 30” long and about a 1/4” thick. Unfortunately I don’t know how the side pieces where bent it came with the boat as a single piece and I cut it in half to create two spots to mount lights.

    what battery are you running? how much run time are you getting with it?

    • @BCBackwaters
      @BCBackwaters  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I did a video on the run time but I wasn't expecting how long the battery (24C Marine Deep Cycle) to last as long as it did. I got to about 3.5 hours and I could have gotten about 4 hours but did not want to completely drain the battery.

    Is there anyway to run all the lights on the front on one positive and one negative? That’s way you don’t have to run so many wires. It’s either called running them in series or parallel I can’t remember. I’m looking to do the same setup that’s why I ask.

    I was gonna install 2 4 inch pods or should I get a bar

    • @BCBackwaters
      @BCBackwaters  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I must say I like the 12” light bar for straight infront of the boat however when the marsh opens up I find it difficult to see the sides so that’s why I like the side mounted lights. My suggestion is go with the 2 pods so you can mount them slightly sideways to give you a better visual at night but still enough to see infront. Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Did you have to ground the lights

    • @BCBackwaters
