I included some details about how to get the best image quality as well when using the background blur effect and background replacement. Using window 10 but saying "you can't use a virtual background your system doesn't meet the minimum requirements " what can I do?. By the way, I do not have this problem if I use ZOOM

Contact your administrator, they may have this disabled or you could still be on an older version of Webex for some reason.
Does using a green screen help and can you enable green screen like on Zoom?

I am not able to change my virtual background

Hi, thanks for this useful video. When I change the background my video is not showing up on Webex. I have the latest version, enough lighting. Looks like the background is coming to the forefront and blocking me. Any idea how to move the background behind me? Pls clarify. Thanks!
Often this can be caused by the lighting or camera quality. Ensure your in a well lit area when on video.

So I'm not seeing these options - do you have to have an account, will these work when you log in as guest?
These should be available to all uses... if the organization hosting the meeting disable them they won't show potentially...

There are some hardware requirements that must be met. You may need to upgrade hardware. Potentially the requirements will be reduced in later versions..... we can hope...

Sometimes the lighting. Depending on the version you are on there are some updates coming to make it better as well. 😃

Lighting is big. The more you stand out from the background the better. Avoid having a really busy background if you can.

You might need a computer with a little more CPU... this takes a lot to run. Try closing anything extra that's running... future versions will be optimized a bit more as well...

You should have it... ensure your Webex version is at least 40.9. Look for "About Webex" (I think it is) in the menu.

What doesn't work? Is the option there and it doesn't work or is the option not there? I would touch base with your Webex Administrator for clarification on the feature. In some cases this feature will not work on less powerful computers.

If you are on an old version or on a computer that doesn't meet minimum CPU requirements this is possible. Touch base with your admin.
