Just discovered your channel and absolutely loved this first video I watched, subscribed! There’s something so refreshing about watching other women’s everyday lives, especially who work in corporate, but show glimpses of how they like to take care of themselves, time spent outside of work, etc. and I can’t wait to watch more videos!

Something like that happened to me with my shoulder and neck and the pain was out of this world. I ended up going to an orthopedic surgeon after no relief after 3 months of therapy and he suggested an open mri before any therapy because he said that probably aggravated it if I hurt it. I had no idea of course. I had hurt my shoulder and had no idea how? I had a lot of fluid in there and I got something called frozen shoulder. After a cortisone shot it took a month of rest after the shot I got some pain relief. Just mentioning it to you so you don’t cause it further damage like I did. If you don’t find relief soon, I suggest an open mri to find the root. I hope you find the cause and can get some relief because I never knew shoulder and neck pain can be so painful. Wishing you quick relief!
