  • This week I'll share with you all the details of what I eat and what I don't!
    THIS IS WHAT WORKS FOR ME AND MY BODY. Doesn’t mean you have to follow same diet! Doesn’t mean it’ll work for you too!
    Every body is different!
    I am avoiding carbs and sugar for 3 months so that I lose the excess weight I have gained!
    I follow DR KURT’s diet! Please book an appointment and meet him to know more about your body and what works best for you!

    Good to see your weight loss journey! Everyone has a different plan which works best for them.
    I am 4 months postpartum and in this weight loss journey. I am not consulting any professionals but doing the best plan that works for me.
    I eat in moderation! Trying to minimize simple carb and moderation of complex carbs. I eat one whole wheat roti for lunch! Zero refined sugar but not going crazy about natural sugars like starchy veggies or some fruits. Even though fruits are healthy I eat less of it because I don’t want to eat too much calories.
    I eat good amount of protein mostly chicken breast skinless and hard boiled egg whites. I don’t eat yolk because again I want to control my calories not because of any other reason.
    I try to minimize sodium (salt) also because it may cause water retention.
    I was/am a complete non-excersiser and was very less active as well. Now I try to do some moderate excersise like walking/running/jogging. Hopefully I can get to do intense workouts one day. And I am very mindful of being active throughout the day.
    And I also do the Intermittent Fasting 16:8.
    So far these things are working for me.
    Always listen to your body and adjust the plan if needed.

    Glad this works for her but please know (other women in their postpartum) that if you’re breastfeeding, that’s about 500 calories a day you’re losing already. You NEED to fuel your body! Your child gets what ever you’re eating! Watch your macros!! A brisk walk daily is enough to loose that pregnancy weight. Please don’t go too extreme with exercise or diet. You’ve enough things going in your mind already, you don’t need to add more. Women if Nepal go into sever postpartum depression without even knowing. (Not a Doctor)

      Yes! Im not breastfeeding anymore so this diet works for me! This diet and workout is what I need right now to reach the goals i have set in my mind. What suits me doesn’t necessarily have to suit you as well. We are all different and our bodies are different. If you are breastfeeding please do not follow this diet🙏

    awesome info! i have always love eating and that made me lose weight super hard, tried a lot of diets and exercises along with it, but what made it possible was agoge diet. it changed my life. its always about the right diet for u

    Keto helps lose weight in the short term, but is not sustainable in that, once you are back on regular diet, the weight comes back easily. It is absolutely important to take vitamin supplements targeted for people on keto to make sure you are getting enough vitamins and minerals you are not getting by cutting out so much grains and fruits from your diet. Also definitely consult with your doctors if you are breastfeeding if it is safe for you to be on this diet. Every woman has a different postpartum journey. What works for one may not work for another. I am sure Priyanka is consulting all the right professionals on this journey, and so should others who seek to follow a similar journey.

    Hello whoever watching this no carb garnu nai pardaina you can still eat carb but just count the calories small portion of rice and eat healthy veggi because since we are neplese hamro body nai bhat khayera vaneko huncha instead of completely cutting down all carb count the calories and do 1 hour regular exercise for 5 days in a week . This will help you to loose weight maile ni 10 kg lost gareko just counting colorise and 1 hours exercise 2 months ma 10 kg hai so don’t diet yourself madly guys

    I feel going keto always burns out quickly in the long run. We cannot ignore carbs in our Nepali diet. Even I am a new mother of a one year old baby and what I have learnt is moderation is key along with active lifestyle. By active I don’t mean hitting the gym 6 times a week; rather keep yourself physically active throughout the day instead of just doing, say, an hour of exercise. For me walking has worked perfectly but I distribute that time throughout the day.

    You are right and also i wanna make some corrections. Carbs are equally important for our body. Sugar ma dherai carbs huncha, also food like potatoes, and other white bread. Keto bhanne bitikai low carbs diet aaucha, but u can still eat fruits. Sugar avoid garne bhaneko added sugar haru ho. Thats true fruits haruma dherai sugar huncha like mango, banana, yo haru rich fruits haru ho, but fruits like strawberries, blueberries and all you can still enjoy. Good luck with your journey. ☺️

      Sausages are my fav but processed meats are one of the most unhealthy food as it contains high amount of sodium. N also take veggies soup or salad instead of dal n eggs .

      Magnesium: Whole grains
      Potassium: Potatoes and Whole Grains
      Vit C : Potatoes and Greens
      Vit E : Greens
      Though nuts are also nutritional powerhouse I won't recommend it during weight loss

    Also recommend it for non breastfeeding mothers.. 🙂🙂🙂 many people's follow u ani some breastfeeding mother may blindly follow u.. eating healthy foods like oats chia seeds is good bt going on alow carb is not good which we do during IF 😁

    She lost me at fruits have sugar which causes weight gain and takes avocado which is a fruit, I avoid 'dairy' but she continues adding cheese and I avoid 'carbs' or have less but continue having lentils soup which is carbohydrates dominant foods. Sometimes lack of basic information about science and foods and sharing it to this massive platform might be of no 'benefit'. Don't speak it out loud if you literal don't know about some things.

      Butter and cheese are allowed in keto the diary product which is not allowed. Is milk and paneer if u r not vegetarian milk have alot of carb in compare to cheese coz cheese made after milk water out of it so it's not allowed dahi (Greek yogurt ) mean stain everywater it have is allowded without sugar

      She hasn't said fruits are unhealthy but they do contain a lot of suger..ketogenic diet ko lagi sugar is nt acceptable as u have to eat less than 50 grams carb a aday...here she is on keto diet n can't hv fruits..i too did keto for 40 days and lost 6 kg😊

    i dont think this is a informative video .. i dont know but keto diet doesnt do good for everyone . For people with hectic scedule it would be hard and avoiding carbs totally can make reduce the nutrient ; the food may have less nutrient . i country like ours people do not do reasearch and can harm their bodies . SO . but she may be true i dont know too much about keto diet . if someone wants to follow this do your reasearch dont follow just by seeing this video . If you dont want to do reaearch just eat healthy food . Dont reduce fruits only because of sugar . They have lots of nutrient .

Someone without a degree in nutrition & lot of influence should not be recommending ppl to follow any specific diets at all. Even if it works for her. It’s not sustainable to everyone at all, good for her she gets her meals packaged and ready.

    That sausages is so unhealthy, better to eat fruits which is natural source of sugar (fructose) which is really good for health because human baby need natural sugar from fruits , don't show and say things just to say which are not base on real evidence

    you guys think she will give all information about her exercise and nutrients for which she paid a lot of money. It is just a way of making money. we think after watching her video we will get same body what she will have. go exercise, give yourselves time. you guy all know what you need, what kind of body structure you have and what i need to do. get up, do exercise

    Tapai ko diet ta rmro cha but i dont think khana xodnu carbs nakhanu rmro ho bachai dekhi khairako ho tapai sadai protein nai khyra aru nakhayra bachna ta sakinna ne sapai kura khnu parcha sugar oil carbs everything... khane ho limit ma khane hoo.. carbs le energy dincha ..nausea haru huncha maele ta sapai khyra 2 month ma 20 kg loss gareko ho ghar ko khana khyra ...😀😀
