I loved that the issue of the perceived "pretentiousness" was tackled. Most of us aren't coffee snobs! We just have a romantic attraction to coffee, that's all :pAlso, that man with dark hair and freckles is absolutely beautiful.
Time to mention Turkish Coffee !
Surprised he didn't mention Aeropress.
Aeropress is probably not practical for serving the clientele of a cafe, even though it makes a good coffee.
