With head light too much load for the alternator to recharge the battery,due to this you will have electrical system issues. This is not recommended for a long term use. but if you can replace the battery with a high Amp battery and upgrade the alternator, you can use 4 horns . There's a cheaper way of doing this. Its with the use of a capacitor.that will give a quick boost to the electrical system when using 4 horns (during the voltage demand )

You can use that capacitor but it will not solve your problem. What that capacitor is going to do is,its going to smooth the motor cycle electrical system. By doing this the existing horn in your bike will be bit louder due to the clean power which coming from your capacitor. If you want to use 4 horn ideal way is to upgrade the battery capacity and the charging system to support your requirement. @DIY with Asanka a common automotive relay is all one needs. I added a relay to my suzuki samurai very easy to do, aftermarket Loud Ass Horns

You can use a 12v relay and achieve the same results.
The wiring loom is very easy for a beginner.
