I’m also going to Mexico in 2023. As this will be my first road trip with my partner. I’m so excited, as we are taking his car back to Mexico Querétaro, as it have plates of Mexico. Than his parents going to drive us back to the states after being in Mexico for 2 weeks. My partner is 100% Mexican, as I’m not, as we are in an interracial relationship. It’s so exciting to have a partner overseas. The benefits are great!. You get free all expenses travel every 6 months lol, as he is on a tourist visa. (Free local information) So no worries about rent, food, or transportation, as his parents live in a guarded gated community. Meaning his parents are well off that could afford him to have a nice life with me in America and as well in Mexico. Second I will say Experiences. Getting to travel to two awesome states without worrying about hotel expenses or Uber is great! Why? Well he own his own house in Guadalajara Jalisco near UAG his med school. This means he also own two cars, so it’s even better to experience two amazing states with your partner being a 100% Mexican. I wouldn’t have experience this by myself being an Brown American Expat in Mexico lol 😂 Also my last thing is sharing these memories with my partner and knowing what it feels like being lucky. Why? Well it’s very rare to meet a well off Mexican that choose an American that not only loves you and want to take you on his journey, but give you a lot of adventures to enjoy that you can’t experience by yourself and also knowing your kids will have two rich lives not only in the USA, but in Mexico all because their mommy found and married a real 100% Mexican. I’m so lucky and I know my kids will eventually find out they are also very lucky to tell there classmates they are 100% unique mixed kids that have two rich experiences of life that most average Mexicans In USA and Mexico CANT say that have. That’s 100% a fact. Having my kids in Mexico btw. Also they have a ranch that I’ve seen in a poor area that his grandmother lives, so they get to see also the poor life and experience that as well.

so if you have parents that are able to go and come back legally, plan a trip to go back. volaris goes everywhere same day, go to tijuana then to your ranchito via tijuana airport.

How I miss las fiestas de Pueblo, I haven’t been to Mexico in so long. Hopefully I can take my kids and show them how my family use to party when I was a kid 🤍
