      When you attain wealth you have to change your sphere of people and be around people who have money.

    Just moved to BH from Vegas. Stores like Trader Joe’s price wise the same, only difference I’ve seen is a tiny bit more in gas prices and dining out is more. Other then that the opportunity BH provides far surpasses paying a little extra to live.

    Am a huge fan of your channel but I have a question how much will it cost me yearly to own a property worth 35 million in Beverly Hills, I mean like property tax, utilities bills, maintenance and grocery

    • @ronnis1679
      @ronnis1679 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If we add of it including house staff and other bills it would be approximately 2-2.5 million dollars annually

      Texas is completely wrong. Property taxes are biggest cost around $400,000. It’s not 5x that for total costs. You don’t need a ton of staff for a $35m house. They usually cost that much here bc of location. Not size. Likely $550,000/yr with taxes and utilities.

    I live in Beverly Hills, and you are way off in your cost of living. I respect your opinion but let me tell you the real truth. 55 percent of the people living in Beverly Hills, live in apartments. That's right. You can get a studio for as low as $1,600 a month. A one bedroom for 2,200 and a larger for 2,800 and up and yes, way up. Homes on Benedict Canyon Drive can be had for under two million. Yes, Spago is expensive, but go to nearby Beverly Canon Gardens and get a great lunch for two for about $50. Shop at Pavilions and spend about the same as any grocery store in L.A. Yes, there are homes for sale that are off the charts, and we all know about the rich and famous. The truth is that pretty anyone can live here. Have a job, good credit and you can live in BH.

      A while back I was looking for a place to rent/ in Bev hills, I couldn't find anything less than $3500 at that time. I am not sure where these apartments are located where they charge only $2200-$28oo

    With the shut off of all the Russian money, what will happen to ultra luxury real estate prices? It has been long known that ultra luxury real estate for the most part is a place to where Russian oligarchs park their ill gotten gains outside of Russia. This goes for Beverly Hills, Palm Beach, NYC, London, Paris, Monaco and other ultra posh locals.

    Ben.....its not pronounced RO-DA-O the word Rodeo is pronounced as it is. Like the kind with bulls, cowboys and ropes....but I understand!
    In the early 60s when I baby sat for actor John Anderson (Psycho car sales man) I lived on the corner of Canon and Olympic. Those magnificent old apts. Cross from the Beverly Carlton. I used to eat there early before I caught the bus to school. Marilyn Monroe lived there a short time. And each Am, at its hotel cafe, I sat BETWEEN the large actors Broderick Crawford "Highway Patrol" and Captain Huxley guy "Oh Susanna" my life was and still is fun

    An object's obvious 'overpriced' sale tag is only measured by what the original 'fool' was prepared pay for it....and what the following 'fool' is prepared to pay to buy it from him.....and nothing else. So let's not confuse worth, with stupidity and trend.
