which part has the screen on and off fucntion when you open / close the lid ? i have abnormal screen turned off issue
In the one I have, the lid that covers the screen did separate from the rest of the body's laptop, more specifically from the plastics that cover the hinges, I guess it's normal, right? Thanks.

its hard to slide in the hook at thr bottom of plastic frame. Got to figure out.
U can test if it power up and screen on before screwing back all together.
Ps: never mind, u can snap out the joint hook plastik then put the frame then put the joint cover. Snappy!

I have the same laptop and it won't turn on at all if I replace the screen will it work again?it just flash white where charger plugs.thanks
+Ashley Marquez Are you sure it does not turn on? Maybe it powers up and there is nothing on the screen? That could be a defective video screen. If it does not power on at all then that could be the battery, the power charging port or the motherboard.
I about to do the same as you because my mother's co-worker's laptop screen got cracked and it got malware very badly. People don't know how to protect the computer from spreading malware.
