I can just imagine the meeting in Nintendo between game devs and execs after everyone lost their minds with Daisy's Smash reveal just nodding in silent understanding that she is now a part of the main Mario cast and can't be relegated to Kart/Party/sports games anymore
Not gonna lie. I literally had the same reaction as TCNick3. I said "Come ooooon, gimme Daisy" (didn't even know why I said this) and then, immediately after, she pops on screen. *visibile signs of pure immense joy*
I love how everyone is so happy to see Daisy. I screamed when I first saw her, she may not be my favorite but I always wanted to play a Mario adventure game with her as a character
This was a great moment for me. The first Mario game I ever owned was Super Mario Land. So Daisy was ultimate nostalgia for me. Love that they brought her to a mainline game, and accessible from the start.
This is actually the second time she appears, Super Mario Run is also part of the main series and that apparition scored her spot in Smash Ultimate. This is really important to the community because this opens more doors for her.
@doggoGAMES7 not to my knowledge, you can actually beat the gamemode,it just takes a LOT longer to do. Also,the purchase is to play WITHOUT WAITING,not to play the gamemode itself

You can unlock daisy in mario run too if that counts. You do have to beat area 30 of remix 10 though...

Daisy is the better Peach. I love her sm and shes my main in every mario spin off. Im excited to play with her.
