This is cool and I think you got it right on the money. There are many videos that show what exercises todo, and that’s great. But very few give you pointers, tips, and tricks to let you know if you are activating the right muscle groups. Nice job, keep it up with the videos!
Thank you haha and yes but its not traditional I'd have to cover it in detail if you're interested but I run antagonist muscles together to lower injury risk as much as possible. I've not been kind to my body and its the only split I've found I can comfortably still push myself And man after years I still don't have an answer on the volume/sets debate haha. This is a stupid range I know but I think 9 minimum per major muscle group, 18 absolute high end. But the less you can get away with and get results the less risk of injury and better off your body will be long term
Well that’s a new term for me - antagonist muscle- I had to look that up 😂 I feel you, still trying to play around with the numbers myself. considering I’m just doing it because it makes me feel good and I like the results I’m seeing. I’m like a squirrel before winter hoarding little bits of information lol. it’s become a maze of weaving through bad information out here instead of simple and most effective. I also appreciate that you didn’t give a “well you have to do this, this many times, till failure, ever time” answer. 🙂
Good tips my buddy does the shrugging thing when he hits delta or does pull-ups, taken a long time to get him to stop. Also How are you the only guy in the whole gym? It’s dead quiet in there 😮

Thanks for the info. I’m excited to see what else you’ve got to say, been meaning to get back into lifting for a while now.
So that’s what was hiding under them long sleeve shirts lol! You look great! Do you have a weekly split? What’s your usual number/ number of sets?

Great explanation, delts are definitely one of my weak point.
Damn you buff! Aren't you gonna get back on the bike soon though? I check in here once in a blue moon to see what's up.
