    One thing that always helped me was calling random places far far away from me..that helped get the jitters out of the way

    I'm a dancer transitioning into the cleaning business and I never knew I had this much anxiety around cold calling. I made around 10 calls today but I will aim for 20 .. Thanks for this video. I will rewatch and rewatch for motivation. The Nos are discouraging but part of the game..

    For those who are buying phone leads for their cleaning business, please make sure to verify them first before calling. One of the mistakes others commit is that they cold call numbers without validating whether the contacts are correct. Sometimes, the name associated is not the right one. It's just a waste of time and might put your business in danger if you cold call numbers who opted not to receive any marketing/promotions (under DNC).

    Conversational style is what people remember and like,however people aren’t stupid and never heard of you.
    Following a scrpt that works first is finding what works by trial and error.
    Hello this is Hans with invite clean.
    I know you’re busy so I’ll be brief.
    We offfer blank services for home and businesses.
    We schedule in person meet ups that confront cleaning challenges with thought and fun.
    What kind of challenges have you noticed over the years?
    Residential in person canvassing is more personal effective than telemarketing.
    Commercial you’ll need a appt with correct person.
    It’s a numbers game and luck finds all who stay in the game that needs not a master sales person or super hero.
    Being myself might mean that I don’t recognize myself initially but other people look past other fallacies.

  • @BryanRamiro

    That was very subtle, good video. But I still think cold calls are a bit intrusive, and I prefer to find my clients on apps where people are already looking for my services, like Turno, for example!

    In the case we had to email them should we use the same method and not try to sell them anything, or should we tell them about our discounts and services?

    I get super nervous when cold calling I have only did it a couple of times I'm use to hearing no or you get the people who say they have a crappy cleaning company they are working with and then you find out why they don't want to pay you I've told a potential client do you want to keep getting horrible service or get great service but it's going to cost you. And they keep waiting your time

    • @robertm1122
      @robertm1122 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Bonded I think is for bigger jobs, if company goes under bonding company takes over and finishes contract. Not sure why cleaning would be bonded.

    • @NorwexwithJenny
      @NorwexwithJenny ปีที่แล้ว

      I would think you can get numbers from the internet by looking up property management companies. I work regularly for a property manager and it pays well . If you have a college town near you, look there first. Students always move

    So offer the service for free at the start? Can we do a discounted cleaning instead of free?

    • @bizspot9979
      @bizspot9979 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Why offer it for free? If a client is on the fence about your service and you offer them a free cleaning and they say no, you've just wasted money in labor and supplies that could of gone towards marketing your business more efficiently, furthermore you wasted time that could of gone towards gaining a better client that may not have had the same reservations about your service.

    i'm a telemarketer who makes several hundred calls a week to property and facility managers. I can't imagine making only ten calls a day and making it in this business.

    • @mountain-milk
      @mountain-milk 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      One yes can equate to thousands of recurring dollars a month as a cleaner as opposed to a couple dollars in commissions for a telemarketer. His job doesn’t even start until after closing a sale where your job is complete after you close the sale. Not really comparable since your job ends at the phone call... Remember, he still has to go clean.
