Chrysler has no products. Dodge has no 2024 models aside from Hornets. Ram has no v8 truck. Reliability is in the toilet. Honestly management isn’t qualified to run any business of any size.
The discontinuation of the Dodge Grand Caravan and Dodge Journey after 2020 marks the end of Stellantis' affordable/reliable vehicles, and profits falling dramatically. Most of Stellantis' new vehicles today cost 2-3 times more than Toyota or Honda. Nobody would do that.

I''m 72, have been racing Hemi Dodges since 1969. I've never had my name on the title of any vehicle that was not a Mopar. My driver now is an 07 Hemi Durango. Nothing they make even remotely interests me. Someone PLEASE take Chrysler away from those Europeans. This is NOT France or Portugal.
Part of the problem is an over reliance on performance. Numbers are too small for hemis to matter....the Slant 6 Dart/VaIiant and the original Voyager minivans were the volume cars. They have nothing like it today
@@jimeditorial I think the US market will support a performance brand with Hemis. Millions out there, including trucks. The US market is vastly different.
I heard that one of the Dodge family grandsons offered to buy Dodge back from them and the assholes refused. They discontinued a lot of parts. Hate them. Happy I bought an 08 Viper when it was still Dodge.
@@bigstevesnostalgiadragraci4240 Stellantis is in trouble in the US because of low demand. Toyota will sell you a powerful V8 pickup, or a Corolla. With higher quality and better resale value. Chrysler products have been lagging for years
As a parts manager at a CDJR dealership, it’s no wonder they’re losing money. Their parts and cars are absurdly expensive and it turns a lot of customers away.
Stellantis is a European company based in the Netherlands. Their marketing model seems to based on European culture. Americans are NOT European. Our culture is distinct. It’s based on individual expression and freedom. None of their models capture distinctly American values. If you don’t understand the culture, it’s difficult to generate products that have appeal.
They will just run it into the ground again. Why do you think they are not self owned? When they were they messed it up so badly and needed new owners and bailouts.
Stellantis should fire all its leadership. Truth be told, most Chrysler/Dodge dealerships are not the most ethical. Case in point. Two years ago, I tried to trade in my 2014 Chrysler 300S V8, with only 48k miles. A Chrysler sales person offered me 9k for my car, and an Audi dealership offered me 15k for the same car. My vehicle was in spectacular shape. Imagine that!!!
You don’t market yourself as the affordable brand of the big 3, then try to turn yourself into BMW or Mercedes, while still selling junk. The CEO needs to go. Stelantis needs to go. They make fiat look competent
Well since Chrysler/Dodge is no longer an American company, they really have lost their spot on the big 3 list. In reality the new American big 3 is now GM, Ford, and Tesla.
Trust me they are killing fiat as well. Fiats sales in Europe are down by as much as dodge. Fiats sale have dropped by about 250,000 cars a year. They’ve discontinued all the iconic classics lightweight fiat car models and tried to replace them with expensive heavy electric models that are too big for European roads.
@@Whatisthis195 they following classic economics principles of producing a universal product as cheap as possible and as fast as possible and then assuming it will sell to a huge number of consumers in different markets in several countries around the world.
I think the main problem is the cost of new vehicles has more than doubled over the last 10 years. I bought a new challenger in 2014, but ill never be able to afford a new car again.
Facts yes that pos 💩 did, they really don't like us? Took the company in the complete opposite direction not caring about the base and community that supported them
Stellantis has definitely destoryed the Chrysler brands even more. But let's not act like the Americans, Germans, and Italians haven't had a go at ruining it all. They went bankrupt while still independent and were in shaky grounds to the point of going to Mercedes who didn't help matters, then went bankrupt again, then Fiat helped em for a while and now here. Its just a car crash that never ends. Its like when people want to blame GM for Saabs discontinuation or BMW for killing Rover. Brands like Mopars, Rover, and Saab wouldn't have to have someone else running the show if they were competent companies to begin with.
Hahaha, much like Biden and kamala and our economy. Truely rough times. No v8s losing makes, and the muscle car is dying. Like an old bad country song, if you play it bacwards, you get all your shit back😂
Na, just buy 2021, and prior, you should be fine. stilantis took over jan 21, buying them out. Regardless, I'm not affected. I bought my cat in 16, no issues. Wouldn't go buying a new mopar today, though, that's for sure. Yet the prices are higher, ridding me that. Insane. The trucks are having quality issues, I agree.
I bought a Dodge Hornet after reading the reviews. My first Dodge, I worked at GM for 30 years, and I thought I'll give Dodge a look after my brother has always had good luck with the brand. The car had issues that they couldn't solve, I even did the lemon law in my state and found out good information on that ordeal. After my wife was almost in a wreck on the turnpike going 80 mph because of the sensors malfunctioning, we took a loss on the car and bought another brand. So now we have a 2022 Mach 1 Mustang and a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek.
Out of all the vehicles in the Mopar lineup y’all chose the absolute worse PoS made in 20 years! Would’ve been better off getting a last call V6 Charger GT since there’s so many of them sitting, or a decently loaded Durango V6 🤦🏾♂️
I own 1 Ram and 1 challenger and 1 Charger and I have bought 2 vehicles from another manufacturer in the last year and I did not buy dodge, jeep, Ram as the product has changed. It’s not for me. Management at all three US legacy manufacturers made a decision a decade ago that they wanted to get rid of all low margin vehicles. They decided that they would get rid of all their cars, and just concentrate on lower cost to produce, higher margins trucks. All three manufacturers decided to do this. The problem is that historically, only the top 10 percent of income producers could afford to buy the trucks/SUV's that they are now producing. So the manufacturers dealers have a problem. During Covid, the manufacturers slowed down production and the dealers could sell all of the few trucks/SUV's that the got. The dealers slapped on huge unwanted markups. As production at the manufacturers picked up, the dealers took all the inventory they could get. Unfortunately, for both the manufacturers and the dealers, they ran out of customers who could afford a $80,000 to a $120,000 truck/SUV. Now the dealers have new inventory, that in some cases was built two to three years ago, that they can't sell. The dealers and the manufacturers are hemorrhage money. Almost all dealers will go out of business. The dealers who survive will do so on the back of used car sales. As for the manufacturers, Stellantis is the first that will go bankrupt. Then Ford. Maybe if GM is lucky, they will survive, but it will be due to GM's non-automotive interests. All of this happening because of poor management of their ICE products. Even Elon Musk says we will need ICE vehicles for at least the next 30 years. Yet our three US legacy manufacturers have decided to produce bloated, unaffordable vehicles. It has nothing to do with EV's, they don't produce enough to make a difference. This is all my opinion.
Take away the fat government subsidies for the EV and they go away in a month. The rest you're 100% right on. New vehicles are all trucks, crossovers and SUV's. People who want an affordable CAR are being forced to Honda, Toyota, Hyundai and Kia.
If I remember right, about a year or so ago, didn't GM trim some fat buy cutting 500 white collar jobs? My question is, why on earth did they have 500 white collar jobs that were unnecessarily created in the first place? That speaks volumes about the current management that they have in place. As far as Tavaras, that knucklehead just gave himself a 50% pay increase to 39 mil while Stellantis is in decline. That's called corruption at its finest. The love of money is the root of all evil.
Not only is Stellantis to blame, but the dealers are too, for charging tremendous markups and add ons. Stellantis is hellbent on forcing electric vehicles on the buying public. And if the consumer is not on board, then Stellantis is happy with letting CDJR go away, and concentrate on it's European market. The dealers feel that the public will come around eventually, and be willing to overpay on their products. Reluctantly but willing to pay because they feel they have no choice, they've GOT to be the first ones on the block. P.T. Barnham was right, there really is a sucker born every minute.

Chrysler used to be at the forefront of engineering and technology back in the days of the big three and four. It’s really sad to see what’s happened. I think once Chrysler merged with Daimler, they lost their autonomy and their roots and the mistake could not be corrected.
Great video, Bud! I'm glad you're ok!! Ever since the HEMI was discontinued, the Dodge Challenger discontinued, and Tim Kuniskis retired... I've felt emotionally numb about the brand. I Can't bring myself to get excited with the new stuff. While the Hurricane I6 looks impressive, it's not what the American people want. The same can be said for their EV lineup. To be honest, without Tim Kuniskis at the helm, Dodge's future is looking bleak. If Stellantis was smart, they would be begging for Tim to come back, and to give him free rein to make Dodge great again!

Love your honest assessment. As my boss says, "we gotta call balls and strikes, report the facts, no matter how bad it looks." I'd like to say that Carlos is playing the long game and his strategy will be epic/awesome, but he's not the charismatic Lee Iacocca. We'll see how this plays out, but right now the strategy looks like a mess. When it comes to dealers, most are crooked anyways. I don't feel bad for them. The service department rates have increased, and they no longer waive diagnostic fees if they do the repair immediately. Dealers find ways to still make money for bottom line, even if the sales staff isn't on the winning end of the strategy.

You are correct, pushing electric cars no one wants, ditching the V8 for a 6 Popper, poor build quality and dealer gouging the customers has lead to this drastic decline. I would buy a fully restored car today for the same money as a new one with the benefit of better build quality and the ability to work on it myself with no computer on the car.
This seems like a replay of the 70s where Detroit convinced themselves they didn't need to build subcompacts, and when they did, their offerings were largely crap like the Pacer, Pinto, and other crapwagons. Then they wondered what happened when the Japanese swooped in and kicked Detroit's but with well engineered, well designed small cars like the Civic and the Toyota Corolla and the like. The unions and the industry wanted to chase short term profits at the cost of long term market share.
The number One Reason why Stellantis is failing, GREED. What turned me off was in 2020 or so when they started charging $500 for every color (except White). Hi RacerX, love your channel, in fact your channel helped inspire my Challenger scatpack build that I'm doing now, forged internals, cam kit, pro-charger, etc. I'm shooting for 1000 HP. I've noticed that your content lately has shifted more towards Mopar brand news and industry politics, negative stuff about what stellantis is doing, etc, and away from actual builds and performance. I'm not an expert but it appears that your average views per video have declined as you shift into this new kind of content. Have you looked at that? Maybe I'm just bias because I'm keen to see content about crazy mopar builds and performance stuff like races and how different kinds of tires can help or hurt your launch (etc),... I hope you swing back into the topic of Performance and mods at some point!!
As a lifelong Mopar owner they have been going down hill since 1970 with burps of greatness. In my opinion the leadership has mostly sucked, why, they are called bean counters. I have watched this company and others going down hill, cutting zone offices, inventory, cheap parts etc.. It took 3 months to get a new 3L motor for my Ram, and still waiting for recall work for a fuel pump and the list goes on, So don't blame the new guys.
Is anyone really surprised? Stellantis is not a car company but rather an investment company. FYI: EVs are junk at every level except the limited case were you can afford to use it only as a commuter vehicle and you have a reliable way to recharge it every time you need to charge it over night/during off use hours. Lastly, don't buy a Stellantis EV/hybrid. Get a better one and park it outside.
Gas, gas, gas, and more gas products. Get that in every brand across the board. I can not help but believe it is arrogance, bias towards Americans and refusal to change the plans they are in love with for what people want. In their eyes they are above the masses, smarter, more cultured, beyond criticism or reproach. Maybe the thing goes down and an American team takes over. Maybe not, Mopar is my passion and I’m sick to my core. I’m getting up in years (79) so I guess my three Mopars are my forever cars. Sad, isn’t it X.
Great video, glad racer X is doing well! I'm glad someone is bringing awareness to this issue. Stellantis basically needs to hit reset with a new leader and fast. Tavares damage path will not stop until he's gone.
There's another reason not to get the Daytona EV. I really did want one, as it represented the car I wanted my Dad to buy in 1969 but he got a 273 2bbl Dart instead and I always regretted it. So the Daytona EV would have been perfect for me as an around-town runabout. The trouble is that so many engineers and support staff, including parts procurement and internal finance employees who bought the parts from vendors and got them to the production lines on time and built correctly are gone. They were fired in a cost-saving measure. That's a great way to save $$, but it also throws corporate knowledge of how a car gets designed and built, especially when production changes affect other subsystems on the car when a vendor makes a small change (e.g., when the electric power steering rack takes up more power and some manager says to increase the fuse size but doesn't bother to increase the wire gauge, so after a while the harness wire melts from the higher current and the power steering dies. The customer complains that the steering died, but the fault really wasn't the steering rack.) So with this loss of corporate knowledge, any new customer to the Dodge brand will wonder if Stellantis knows how to make a reliable car any more. And that applies to EV, hubrid, Hurricane, V6 or V8 From what I see, the answer is no. So why should I invest my hard earned money on one?
Thx Paul for raising this issue. It’s actually shocking how blatantly incompetent the top leadership at “Stellantis” really is. Virtually all the senior management at former FCA has been pushed out and replaced with Europeans who are clueless about the North American auto industry. They all need to go. They have no viable strategy for the N. American business. Yes Chrysler has had its ups and downs over the years but under Marchionne as head of FCA the company had a number of good years. Unfortunately he died and the company started declining then the disastrous merger with French auto org PSA-Peugeot Citroen who hasn’t sold a car in North America for 50 years.
The first big mistake was when FCA axed the Dart, Avenger, and 200 a few years before gas prices shot up and stayed up. While it probably won't happen, I think it would be interesting to have CJDR divested from Stellantis altogether and brought back as an American run company again. Chrysler has been through bankruptcy before and pulled itself back and I believe they could do it again, if given the opportunity. It's probably wishful thinking at this point, but bringing CJDR back to America and putting the right people back in place, building actual Mopar vehicles instead of rebadged Fiats or Peugots, Mopar may have a fighting chance.
Glad you weathered the storm. I knew you moved to the West Coast of Florida recently from Texas and was wondering how close you were to the eye of the storm.. I live on the east coast of Florida and I was in the cone with category 1 wind on thursday.. I lost power for 4 days but luckily no damage. I have lived in Florida since 72 and hurricane prep is a way of life here. and I've done my share of evacuating hurricanes. It'll take time for Florida to recover. Glad to see a new video from you.
I don't see anything exciting about buying a brand new vehicle when the product is not reliable or affordable. The average American is just trying to survive in a time that needs to offer some balance. Everything has gone so haywire in price that the markets on every level has forced the consumer to scale down on spending. That means that recreational vehicle markets are going to be struggling as well because the consumer is struggling to keep up with the basic necessities of life. So I decided to keep my older vehicles and continue to maintain them and just say screw the idea of buying anything new. Buying new these days looks to risky and I would only see regret if I did.
Overpromising n underdelivering is common to every brand. Did you ever get the epa mileage on your window sticker? Did lifetime fluids last anyone that long?? Do manufacturer recommend oil change intervals ensure you'll ever hit 150k?
Its a real shame, I went to get an oil change for my ram classic and looked at the new rams and thought they look great & aggressive . But knowing i cant get a hemi is just a let down. Paying 40k for a tradesman work truck is sickening.
Without V-8 engines , Chrysler Dodge, and ram are irrelevant. Some of you people thought that they were gonna keep pushing the hemi and make it as powerful as a Bugatti. They had to put an end to it all sooner or later. Welcome to the world of electric vehicles.
@@dariaty859exactly. The fact that the V8s don’t exist, doesn’t really matter. What matters more, is the complete ditching of the enthusiast. A twin turbo RELIABLE inline 6, or any sort of performance offering, is a slap in the face from an actual performance perspective. And from a sales standpoint, it’s not rocket science. Quality needs to be up, if the price wants to be higher. If the price needs to come down (it does), then somebody better do better sourcing and start getting much cheaper labor to put them together. Is what it is.
Saw this coming since February. Carlos Tavares doesn't understand the US market nor does he care about it. That is the message from some high executives at Chrysler.
Take it from a former Chrysler customer. Me and my family used to be loyal to dodge and jeep. However when you sell unreliable product after unreliable product people are going to wise up and eventually stop buying it especially when you raise the prices. You can't keep selling junk and expect your customers to stay loyal to your brand.
What I don't understand is, in all the carlines that Stellantis has in it's portfolio, they haven't brought anything to the American market. What about the Mexican Neon, or maybe the midsized pickup truck that was shown but never brought to the American market. Dodge and Chrysler have nothing to offer right now. Jeep and Ram are carrying horrible price tags that are simply not affordable right now.
Hi RaceX, good video and I have 2 comments on this. Before going to my 2 comments and why I think the lineup can (if well executed) be good again, I totally agree on the price tag and quality issues this past 3 years ... but I do not think you should blame Stellantis and Tavares for everything ... First comment: What did FCA before the merge ???? basically, there was no plans and no change planned in the lineup except putting old cars on the market ...I think the fact for instance Chrysler is only down to the pacifica is not stellantis fault (at least only) Second : and this is why we come to new model only now ... basically and as cost cutter ... Tavares to bring new models did not do anything on FCA old platforms ... He was waiting STLA large and STLA medium that are out only this year to make new models ... they are just our this year (The Charger daytona is the first vehicule on the STLA large world wide - the STLA medium is lauching right now in Europe and will come soon in US) The STLA small will be lauched in 2026 ... this is why for instance, jeep cannot bring to us the avenger because it is done on a european platform that does not comply with north america standard (the fiat 500, the hornet - coming from Alfa Romeo was the last european vehicule done from FCA platforms so they could be brought to US) Now from a technical standpoint, they can build on common platforms new vehicule they can sell world wide ... Let's hope they can build again good lineup for every brand from now to 2028 ... Last point is V8 or not V8 .... Again, I think the lineup and new model was only because they wanted to wait for the new common platform to save cost ... and now they have it so they need to deliver new models now
Little history for ya. Dodge getting into the EV market reminds me of Dodge entering the ponycar market back in 1970. By the time Chrysler decided to make the jump, market share was already shifting toward something else. Mopar has always been the last one to the party.
Don’t discount the dealers, 2021-2024 Hemi cars were priced outrageously, to the degree scatpack widebodys were the price of ZL1s and RTs were at SS levels, thats how i ended up with a SS from a older Scatpack, i literally wanted to get a wide-body and dealers gouging drove me out of the mopar family. I remember looking at a lime green scatpack with the dynamics package (non widebody) and it was $54k before fees.. bought my 23’ SS for $44k brand new out the door with options.. and the two cars don’t compare performance wise. Dodge can go drop soap in the showers for all i care.
Bout to say something too: The fact that they got rid of the hemi really isn’t why the company is suffering. Let’s all be honest. It’s because they have nothing to replace the volume sellers. Nothing. They had no good engine or hybrid to step into the massive pentastar gap. The inline 6 doesn’t cut it for the price. And that’s the key. No development. Too busy merging companies and not enough development. Honestly Paul, for the sake of the channel, time to make more friends at Chevy and Ford, and really focus on the other American brands that are still supporting enthusiasts. Nothing in the Mopar banner is doing that right now with a turn key vehicle. Nothing.
I4 and V6 always outsell the big brother V8 versions. Most people say we should delete the V6 and I4 versions and just make the V8. Assuming the Hurricane engine has a flawless record, it could have been great along side the V8 detuned and N/A.
When they broke up the SRT division I knew the end was near. GM is doing the unthinkable, Ford is doing some great things with V8s. Dodge and Jeep crapped the bed.
I work for a company that makes coil springs, stabars and torsion bars and i just got laid off along with 35 others, with more to come. The market is in a bad place
My 2016 Hellcat was junk. Panel fitment was not good, the supercharger went bad, and the front upper control arm ball joint nut fell off while is was driving. Then it got stolen.
We need to bring back the enthusiasm of Sergio Marchionne one of the best CEO'S that pushed Ralph Guilles to be in charge of SRT and Tim Kiniscus all of which pushed for the Hellcat and Demon. Unfortunately Sergio Marchionne passed away, ever since then the performance enthusiasm has gone down the gutter with Carlos Tavares.😢
Stallantis is no worse than FCA. FCA killed the Viper, Magnum, 300SRT, and Caliber SRT4. And gave Chysler their version of the Hornet (200), Separated Ram from Dodge, and basically recycled 90s Mercedes and 90s Chrysler with retro designs with Mercedes parts. Today's Mopar fans are really just Hemi fans....Mopar stop being Mopar when it lost its American ownership
I've been watching you for a while and I didn't realize you lived in Tampa. I live down in Bradenton. Prices have doubled in the last 5 years. How are consumers supposed to keep up with that insane fact. Lockdowns caused chip shortages, which brought on dealer markups because the vehicles couldn’t be built. It was crisis after crisis including the shipping gong show. Now inflation prices on everything you look at caused by the insane government. It’s very difficult for a lot of folks to buy a vehicle because the interest rate , tax and licensing is more than the masses can afford. Stellantis couldn’t lower there prices because making EV vehicles is causing the company to go bankrupt. Also they waited to long to start making them. Things are not back to normal and they never will be. This is an accumulation of mistakes every government in the world has done. Blame them for shutting down the world from a cause nobody has still not been held to account.

Part of the problem is an over reliance on performance. Numbers are too small for hemis to matter....the Slant 6 Dart/VaIiant and the original Voyager minivans were the volume cars. They have nothing like it today

Sellantis sucks needs to sell Mopar back to America
They will just run it into the ground again. Why do you think they are not self owned? When they were they messed it up so badly and needed new owners and bailouts.
No one wants to buy a dead company

Do you think it’s poor management from the top down or a long game to eliminate dealers and go to a factory direct sales model?
Good opinion.
What 3? We only have 2 legacy brands left Ford and GM. Chrysler has been gone since the financial crash.

The Dart should’ve been a GLH only option. This would have sold very well. That version identifies very well with the brand. No GT or RT.
As a lifelong Mopar owner they have been going down hill since 1970 with burps of greatness. In my opinion the leadership has mostly sucked, why, they are called bean counters. I have watched this company and others going down hill, cutting zone offices, inventory, cheap parts etc.. Where's the link to the CNBC video you referenced?
The customer complains that the steering died, but the fault really wasn't the steering rack.)
So with this loss of corporate knowledge, any new customer to the Dodge brand will wonder if Stellantis knows how to make a reliable car any more. And that applies to EV, hubrid, Hurricane, V6 or V8
From what I see, the answer is no.
So why should I invest my hard earned money on one?
Glad to see you're OK brotha...

I have a 300C 2023 (red) and just LOVE it . Sorry to hear about such incompetents
I’m keeping both my hemi Ram and Challenger R/T for a LONG time now.
Without V-8 engines , Chrysler Dodge, and ram are irrelevant.
Some of you people thought that they were gonna keep pushing the hemi and make it as powerful as a Bugatti. They had to put an end to it all sooner or later.
Welcome to the world of electric vehicles.
If that's true, then why were their v6 offerings the big chunk of their sales?
@@dariaty859exactly.
The fact that the V8s don’t exist, doesn’t really matter.
What matters more, is the complete ditching of the enthusiast. A twin turbo RELIABLE inline 6, or any sort of performance offering, is a slap in the face from an actual performance perspective.
And from a sales standpoint, it’s not rocket science. Quality needs to be up, if the price wants to be higher. If the price needs to come down (it does), then somebody better do better sourcing and start getting much cheaper labor to put them together.
Is what it is.
@@eldiablort1461enthusiast aren’t the big profit center of any manufacturer!
I don’t see the link to the CNBC Video…..
Saw this coming since February. Carlos Tavares doesn't understand the US market nor does he care about it. That is the message from some high executives at Chrysler.
Wow《☆》Welcome back to The Internet Brother👉🤳Definitely a Grimm situation for our beloved Mopar brands🙏🏼FLORIDA STRONG🇺🇸✌🏼😎☯️
BUT the good news is, MOPARs will go on sale as it gets liquidated.... And then, hopefully someone else will buy the brand.
Killing off the v8 hemi, and high prices!
I thought I saw a video of you at the Dodge launch of the Hornet and your seemed excited about it.. What happened? LOL
Hi RaceX, good video and I have 2 comments on this.
Before going to my 2 comments and why I think the lineup can (if well executed) be good again, I totally agree on the price tag and quality issues this past 3 years ... but I do not think you should blame Stellantis and Tavares for everything ...
First comment: What did FCA before the merge ???? basically, there was no plans and no change planned in the lineup except putting old cars on the market ...I think the fact for instance Chrysler is only down to the pacifica is not stellantis fault (at least only)
Second : and this is why we come to new model only now ... basically and as cost cutter ... Tavares to bring new models did not do anything on FCA old platforms ... He was waiting STLA large and STLA medium that are out only this year to make new models ... they are just our this year (The Charger daytona is the first vehicule on the STLA large world wide - the STLA medium is lauching right now in Europe and will come soon in US)
The STLA small will be lauched in 2026 ... this is why for instance, jeep cannot bring to us the avenger because it is done on a european platform that does not comply with north america standard (the fiat 500, the hornet - coming from Alfa Romeo was the last european vehicule done from FCA platforms so they could be brought to US)
Now from a technical standpoint, they can build on common platforms new vehicule they can sell world wide ...
Let's hope they can build again good lineup for every brand from now to 2028 ...
Last point is V8 or not V8 ....
Again, I think the lineup and new model was only because they wanted to wait for the new common platform to save cost ... and now they have it so they need to deliver new models now
CDJR had been in decline for decades and having to get bailed out and bought out constantly.
I’ve moved on from Dodge to Chevy/ corvette. They are actually doing crazy things and it’s great to watch
I only wish Frank B Rhodes were successful . These brands would still be alive in future and thriving.
Bout to say something too:
The fact that they got rid of the hemi really isn’t why the company is suffering.
RacerX aren't you worried that if Dodge gets the axe, you won't even be able to get parts or service for your Demon?
Glad I got rid of my 392 Wrangler before the market crash...Started having issues after a few thousand miles...,,,
That new EV Charger will be the final nail in the coffin. RIP Stellantis.😂
I was such a huge Mopar fan for so many years with my ram, my Durango, and my SRT8 Grand Cherokee. I feel like I could be the CEO of stelantis and fix this place in less than a year... and I have no desire to be the CEO of anything...
Why not wash their hands of Dodge and Chrysler and sell them off to the grandson of Chrysler? Seems like a Win Win.
