Bro, thank you so much. I have a different machine brand, but your video solved my issue. On my QHC/Revhon, it’s the screw on the left, and I was able to use included allen wrench by sliding the main shaft all the way to the left. Many thanks!!!
Thank you so much for your time.. I will definitely try this and wish for the best. I will keep you posted on the results . You are truly appreciated 🤟🏾❤️
My Ricoma did the same thing, waiting for parts. Since day one I have had trouble with my Ricoma machine breaking down. I am considering trading it in for a different brand, the problem is no one will take a Ricoma as a trade in.
I thought I was by myself and all you paid for them they pretty much want you to work on it, purchased my machine in February and it has been a nightmare
Thanks for the info...my machine is squeeling and it has only been used one hour. We oiled it where it was recommended and ran it - any idea where it could be squeeling? Or what to do to lubricate it? Tech support is ridiculous they sold us the machine and expect us to wait 3 weeks for "training" or it voids the warranty so needles to say we are in trouble. We are experienced at using other embroydery machines.
Hi there I follow the video but still it gets back to 55 degree on my part, when I alligned the needle arm it goes on 55 degrees but when I manually turned it on 100 degrees, it says color change error. How to fixed this help.
If it’s slipping or you can’t get a good visual on it, wait for help, or get a better tool to give more leverage. You may can put it on another needle to see if you get better access to the screw. Crack it just a bit than go back to needle one and fix it. Hope this help and get you back up and running
After reset. Make sure you are hitting switch to the top and the light should be red then start. Always try to turn knob first to make the needle arm pop up. Are you getting a lot of no needles?
Turn the same gear till it lifts the needle arm and the arms align with the other needles. (Machine will no longer be at 100) but you will be able to move the wheel. Move needle to 1 put back at 100 and follow instructions in video

What causes it to get stuck like that? My machine keeps doing the same thing every other day
Would this cause the pressor foot to stay kind of stuck ?
Thank you sir!!

Thanks for this video. Currently trying this. I can get the screw inside to loosen. I'm afraid it will strip or break

Check to make to see if you are 100
100 on side gear
