- Finally got to go to the local library in Susanville, Calif! Take a look at some books with me and decide on some books to read at home. The lovely sound of dust jacket crinkles and page turning is so wonderful and nostalgic.

So excited to dive into this to accompany my reading! Your older no talking library videos are some of my favorite asmr videos ever; I'm a huge reader, so books, paper, dust jacket crinkles, those are my favorite triggers!!!

I loved working at the library, the peace and quiet, occasionally looking at a book you were restocking; helping a patron find a book, recommending books, etc. It was a fun time. 😀
Why did you quit working at the library?
This brings back memories of going to our library every Thursday with my mum and sister as a child. Libraries are very ASMR rich; the quiet, the crinkly covers, neatly displayed books..!

Thank you for this lovely video Rebecca. It reminds me of when my Grandad used to take my sister and I to our local Childrens library in Yorkshire England. It brought back so many lovely memories, I can still feel his big strong hand holding mine as we walked down the stone steps to the entrance. It was a weekly treat and we loved it. Your video's have helped me so much as I've found it difficult to sleep recently .... 4.30 am here 🤦♀️😴

I love this. Reminds me of my college days when I would go to the campus library and just browse through all the books. I mainly looked at ones about art history cause I’m an art nerd 🤓

What are some of your favorite books to read?
I have three favorite books and a couple of favorite book series. B
I have read "Gone With the Wind" three times. I have read "Sacajawea" twice. And I absolutely loved "Follow the River". my favorite book series have been "Mark of the Lion" by Francine Rivers and "The Chronicles of Narnia". But, of course, there is so much more than that. These are just my best memories. I think all of my tastes run toward historic events.
