    Hi Simon, Thanks it is very useful information. Can you please confirm that if anyone wants to be a reseller, what are the requirements for that? Like any sale targets or security amount etc. Especially for the UK market. Thanks

      Hi there, we provide Australian contract law assistance, so cant really comment on the UK market, but from what I understand the things you mention (like sales targets, whether a security amounts are paid etc) are requirements that will be set out in the contract you enter into with the wholesaler/manufacturer/brand owner (etc) and will therefore be set by the contract that you would be looking to sign and are not default obligations imposed by law - but once again, I am not a UK lawyer so couldnt guarantee what I say above is 100% (Im just trying to help you out by responding thats all!)
