if I can give advice ( as a poet) take journals with you : 1 can be a fear journal ( your biggest fears : like missing a stunt at practice ) , , the second a accomplishment journal ( hitting the stunt you were so damn worried about at competition) especially if you’ve got a double full full and once you put those fears into your accomplishments journal burn the fear journal ( wait until it’s full )
