Thank you Tanya, yes confidentiality agreement and NDA do not prevent the victims come forward if any abuse happened, even after the 93 settlement the lawyers from both side said that the settlement didn't prevent Jordan to testify in a criminal trial , but Jordan didn't testify bc he knew Michael was innocent.

have u read the trial transcripts? What a ride!! I know u have sight problems so I want to give u 2 tube channels that may help. Also, i hope other people will go & listen too! MJ TRIAL is the transcripts read aloud & TSCM is the 1 that has the reenactment. I hope this helps! I’m now going thru the Murray trial which the whole trial was filmed & u can find on utube. This video was a great discussion as many don’t understand the difference .. i believe Michael always used NDA’s. correct me if i’m wrong!❤❤
