He literally loves everything. Most food channels actually are critical of things. It's frozen food, it can't be this good lol
It honestly is that good. I was also skeptical then I tried a bunch and ohhh man
It’s not, lol. Most of these items are okay at best. We keep them on hand in our freezer when we are in a pinch or stay in to party and know we won’t be able to drive anywhere. None of it is great.
I wish we had Trader Joes in Australia, there’s so many different types of food there & that’s only what you showed us. AMAZING…. Thank you for sharing ❤❤❤
That Japanese fried rice has Japanese ingredients but it’s not a fried rice that you will ever find in Japan 😅
Pair the corn ribs with the "everything but the elote" seasoning. So good.

While his comments can seem like he’s over-sensationalizing, those items are actually good. I didn’t agree with his rating on the chicken karaage though, considering it came from the frozen section it’s impressive and tastes good
We love Trader Joes - We eat the Japanese rice with bulgogi, galbi and pork belly. its so delicate in flavor that it pairs well with a more spiced entree.
For the mushroom ravioli, trader joe's sells powdered truffle in the spice section. Lasts forever and would be great on those ravioli.

The mini shrimp buns were definitely disappointing. They need some pickled veg at least. And the chicken kaarage, I felt, is just as you described. I thought that this was a fabulous review, and as always, thank you for ALL of your content 🤗

@@WhereBeansBeen Big Y (a local to me store) has something like a dill pickle medle of vedgies, it sounds like it would be good on it....I didn't mind the flavor though
TJ's pretty consistently makes really, really good stuff and this reminds me of how I need to get over to my local TJ's next chance I get.
I love how ppl still think frozen stuff is yucky. At least here in germany, most frozen meals are really good, especially the frozen fruits and veggies are even better than fresh one cuz they retain almost all of their vitamins and nutrition for a long period of time
Put the chicken karaage (or any friend chicken product) on the bubble waffles for a quick and easy version of chicken and waffles!!
I find that the tropical boba pearls taste great when paired with Arizona green tea with ginseng and honey. It tames down the sourness from the passion fruit and overall, a great boba drink! The sourness is very stark if paired with just water.
Can't go wrong with food from Trader Joe's! YUM!
Mix the TJ artichoke dip with pasta!
My bag of corn ribs were terrible half of the corn ribs. Didn’t even have corn on them but the ones that did it was pretty good.
The Pad See Ew tastes so good with cut-up bird's eye chili in fish sauce. Yummmmmmm, I so need to get more! 🤤

Trader joe's does have a Fresh Garlic bread, in the fresh bread section, garlic butter is on the bread. It's in a plastic bag with a brown bag over it, best with melted cheese, highly recommend with the cheese put on 2 minutes before completion.
I thought processed foods was a big no-no.

Not all processed foods are bad. Moderation is key.

Their other pancakes is better; more vegetables, crunchier, but a touch smaller. Worth it.

Laughing because we had a TJs Indian dinner tonight. Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken Tikka Masala (didn’t have any more Spicy Chicken Vindaloo in the freezer 😂), samosas, and garlic naan. One of my favorite TJ meals.
All of their pastas hit!! The stuffed gnocchi is best in the air fryer.

@@timesh_ I had a good friend -- for card games, he would fix a block of cream cheese on a platter, pour chutney over it, and then surround it with Ritz crackers. It was *so* good!

I'm probably the only person here that feels this way, but my local Trader Joe's is a mad max dystopian hellscape. There's no parking, the aisles are so narrow, you can barely pass another cart, and there's literally no fresh food -- everything is either frozen or shelf stable. There are some things I'd like to try, but I don't have the time to go to a store that offers nothing but processed food.
A lot of places have pre-prepared food like this as it is 😂😂😂😂😂😂

I actually tried the tjs pad see ew the other day & i was SHOCKED at how good it was! I need to pick some more up asap!

@@jpark28 less than $4! Keep in mind, its quite a small portion but i had some sliced beef that i grilled up with it & it made a great lunch without paying $15+ for takeout lol
What sucks is they discontinued many of the frozen foods , the best was fish korma. also, they no longer sell Milton's bread as well as the English crumpets.

90% of Trader Joe’s frozen food I’ve tried were not good. Only thing I’ve bought over and over is their orange chicken and their frozen desserts are pretty tasty.

chicken poppers first time loved 2 or3xs tasted like freezer burned chicken but we loved it the first time. n I droveb2.5 hrs to go to trader jies

I wasn't a big fan of the karaage, I mixed up my own using Yuzu (which TJ sells) and Kewpie mayo, but better.

Idea, try the hmart wherever you are cause I’m jealous at the stuff the other locations have. Mine is Upper Darby, PA and I love it but want to see others.

so i didn't like the sauce on the shrimp buns, but i DID like the buns themselves, I dsixed the sauce, and subbed some panda express sauce for it. And Vala ten times better. I'm glad you decribed the "spicy" crab stuff, because i was a bit nervous about it, so looking forward to them now!
