How awesome to be teaching the kids your native language and to be starting them early.
We agree! We just want them to have both cultures growing up
You're an awesome husband and dad.
2023, All you have to do is speak Korean to him everyday and the baby. They will automatically pick it up just like you did as a child it's not that hard. As adults we sometimes make things a little more difficult. You can send them to a Korean and English school. Good luck! 🙂 You did very well!!!
yesss korean school!
I saw where a bilingual couple one parent spoke their language only (French) and the other (English). It was so cute to see the little girl speak to each parent fluently in their respective language. She was very young but it is a thought.
Different for Black biracial children.
@@ekdaufin1485it’s not different. But kiro is still very young, I think that’s the problem
I'm so proud of Mel' and Mo teaching the kids about their dual heritage. Its so important for the children to learn Korean. Love, love, love this 💕
Thank you so much 🙏🏼💙
Those children are perfectly created
Big Daddy Kang I’m getting my Korean in using Rosetta Stone, getting ready for my vacay to South Korea 🇰🇷 next year God’s will🎉🎉🎉🎉 so cute hearing Cairo speaking Korean😊
Yeahhhh South Korea is going to be a ball! He actually sounds really cute lol 😂
Hi guys lol 🇯🇲 🇬🇧
This very was so cute. Cairo is really learning Korean and is absorbing everything you say even though he is very little. I love that you are maintaining that part of their culture, so important.
Thank you 💕
Great job dad keeping up with the culture ❤
Wonderful teaching your children another language... As they get older they will appreciate it.
Cairo said enough daddy! But he did really good in picking up on some thing! Cree is such a happy boy!
Lol yea i’m sure he was done with me that day
Pls do it often Special with the Younger cree, You're a great father. God your family.
Thank you I appreciate it and will do 🙏🏼
It’s nice to see you speaking ur native language to the kids. Please continue to make it a part of their everyday. So if when they get older and want to travel to Korea they will already know how to speak the language. God bless u and ur family.
Thank you🙌 That’s the plan!
Love the Korean talks, go Cairo, go Cree Cree, go Mo! "Don't pray for the kids, pray for me" 😂 I cannot. Love you guys such a blessing. Yes I definitely still do set out my stuff before I get ready sometimes. You'll be fine Mel, Mr Clause got this✔🎅🎄 straaaaight 🇯🇲
❤😅😊
Cairo saying he could do it at the end was so cute🥰I love the relationship between father and son it's beautiful to see!!!😍Mo your doing such a great job, keep it up! If you want the kids to be fluent in Korean I hear their's Korean kid games you can put on your children's iPad to help. Their are so many educational ones apps that you're probably utilizing, but look into some Korean ones for Cairo. I think Pororo & Friends and T’choupi are popular ones. Try reading Korean kid books at bed time and buying those Korean read along pen books from Amazon if Cairo is rebelling against learning. There's also Korean Cartoons on Netflix or DVDs, listening to Kpop songs during clean-up time, watching K-dramas with mom, and attending a Korean church for Saturday Korean lessons to learn❤I hope Cairo and Cree go to a Korean Nursery School when their of age in the future to keep fostering this journey.
Regardless your doing a great job just by talking to them everyday in Korean. So keep it up, they will need to know Korean fluently to communicate with your side of the family❤
Thank you Mo for teaching your children your native language Korean 🙏🏻 😊....
Brilliant idea 💡 👏
Have to make sure their well rounded 🙏🏼💙
Loved this...when he drank the toothpaste water I laughed so much 😂 the entire episode had my heart❤ Great job Mo.
Thanks sis yes he’s unruly drinking toothpaste water ahh 😂😂 we have to take the small wins lol
😂😂😂
Loved this. I always believe it’s good for children to learn their parent’s language. It broadens their life skills so much. The boys are gorgeous. Your both amazing parents too❤
Thank you we really appreciate it.
Absolutely beautiful!! You should do this with them every day. Say it in English first then Korean so they understand and get the correlation. They are such little sponges at this age.. they will catch on in no time! 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Keep at it Mo.Start early with Cree...
For sure 💙
Yes I still get my clothes together for work sometimes for the entire week 😂❤. You are an awesome husband/father with great patience and teaching 😍 I miss Mel
OMG! Awwwh! Bless Cairo he was definitely trying… Keep it up Mo! 👍👍🏾
Didn’t he surprise us? Lol he did good
such a good dad. Raise them bilingual. Its nice to see that they learn about both their cultures. Love you guys channel. Keep putting out the love.
Much Love to you!
"Oh my 예수님"~ ㅋㅋ I'm going to start using this ㅋㅋㅋ Fell down a rabbit hole with your family Mel & Mo, and I never want to leave. You two are doing amazing. Mo: just keep speaking to them, and they'll learn it, 100%. The younger you teach them, the easier it will be. 💙💙
This video was too cute! Daddy spending time with his sons, teaching them Korean. Cairo was doing a good job pronouncing the words and Cree is growing so fast. They are so dorable. ❤❤
Awwww it’s nice to see cai personality 😍😍🥰 he’s growing up 🥹🥹🥹 he’s too smart!! He killed the challenge 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I think he killed it too honestly lol. It is so funny and interesting watching baby Cairo till now. At least we have a supply of video to go back and watch 💙
What a great dad educating your son in your beautiful Korean 🇰🇷 language. Children are impressionable
so yes bringing on board now Korean words is the best time of your lives. Good luck Bless you ❤❤❤❤😊
Yes, thank you💙
This is so cute!❤️ I swear Korean is the most relaxing to listen to 💯
Thank you!! 😊
Excellent Patience Mo ❤❤
@@MelnMoYou guys should teach us too😊
Super cute. You have to be consistent regardless and keep speaking Korean at home because English is all around them. Also ur family should only speak to the kids in Korean too to reinforce it. Nice job❣️
We will try it out for sure
You have kids caring at you're important father
Happy Sunday Family! Mel, I know it's hard to leave your beautiful family. Hopefully, The time will pass by fast. The boys are really growing. Mo, You did a good job speaking Korean with the boys for a day. And, Mo, We are praying for you too. 🙂
Happy Sunday! Hope you caught some phrases lol thank youu
@@MelnMo I caught, Mommy, Daddy, Grandma & Grandpa.
Your children & family is Sooo precious and beautiful blessed 😇💕😘🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😅
Aw.. this is so cute! I did not even know that Mo can speak Korean. My nephews are third generation and can speak English only. It is great for them to know their parents’ native language too.
It is sad when Mel has to go but it is only temporary. Hopefully, you can all reunite soon.❤️
Jun says: chocolate!! 🤣
😆
They will appreciate it when they are older. Knowing more than one language is always a plus. I commend you for putting in the effort early. I have a child who has access and never was taught as a child. It is quite difficult for her to pick up her Dad’s native language as a young adult for that reason.
Yea they say the earlier the better so I can understand that, there as so many apps to help even as we get older so it’s never too late 🤎
Whyyyyyyy is Cairo soooo cuuuuute, his little voice and that face ❣️and definitely not forgetting little Cree who is just too adorable and juicy❣️
lol thank you 💙
You are on the right track. If you & Mel start speaking Korean on a regular basis, your smart little ones will pick it up. Buy children’s books, & videos in Korean. Start introducing some foods you loved as a child. You just have to be consistent with everything Korean so they pick it up. I want you to have those conversations with your sons in Korean that you dream of. Enjoyed the video. God Bless.
Yes appreciate the tips just have to stay consistent throughout everyday obstacles
Loved this! So much easier to learn languages when they are young.
Totally!
How cute!!! It’s important that we teach our children our native language(s), culture, and customs. They will appreciate it so much in the future! It would be so cute to see them attend Korean school.
I think so too!💙
Love Mel, she will get it. Not just for herself but for the little ones. 😊
He loves his daddy!
For sure lol
Your kids are so adorable. They have very caring parents. Have fun with them while mom is away.Blessings for a fun filled week🎉❤
Your Family is so beautiful.
I still have my outfits the night before just cuz I know I would be going crazy looking for an outfit
Yea that’s true something about not having that part to worry about just hits different 😂😂
So beautiful, Cairo & Cree embracing you culture❤
Beautiful Family! thats your baby Man!
Yes, I still pick out my outfits the night before. Kids are so cute. Love that you’re teaching them another language.
This was really funny - Cairo is hilarious, you can tell he really finds it interesting. It was also funny cuz I feel like 'youtube Korean hits different to Mo then talking with fam - cuz that pause when you first started😂😂😂
Had to get the gears turning again 😂😂😂
Lol, full Korean kids. 😂 They're so cute, but Cree looks just like Mommy.
😂😂😂😂 yea Cairo-Mo Cree-Mel for sure 💙
Well I'm late in the game but I hope you kept this up with your children. Cuz one day they're going to be older, and they're going to want to visit your native country, and it will be the most impressive thing for them to be able to speak the language. ❤
Good job Mo my Cai was focused on that chocolate and the iPad he was a good sport such a fun loving kid. Little Cree was just happy. Mel you were missing girl I laughed throughout. Cai just drank the water said forget it loll❤😅
😂😂😂 thanks mom Cairo on his own program as you can see lol
cairo is the prettiest baby ever
I totally forgot the gift of prophesy in the Bible.
Love the growth of your channel with the children.
Have to do my research why Mel flew away.
Anyways my daughters study Korean I paid for tutors for her starting eight years ago.
She has Korean friends in k-12 now university. ❤
You did good don't worry they will be so proud of you with teaching them Hangeul . I did it with my creol to my 4 kids in Paris.
Ooh ok thank you any tips?
Keep up the good work Mo👏🏻👏🏻
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾Nice work fellas!!! I know mom is proud 😊
I was extremely proud watching the video this week. Made me miss them that much more. Very grateful honestly
That was a great beginning. Keep it up multilingual is the way to go.
That's the plan! Happy Holiday’s💙
Well done MO, you did a great job with your kids, God bless you and your family 👪 Amen, say hi to everyone
Thank you, I will
Yes I still put my clothes out the night before. It's so much better then trying to search for something to wear in the morning. 😀
Facts 5min in the morning is like 20min regular time
Good job Moe!! What you're doing is important for Keeping them grounded in their culture. . I was learning along with them LOL. Good job especially keeping them rooted in relationship with God in Korean. Well done Parents. Well done!
Haha hope you left with some phrases
Thank you!
Oh I hope you continue so they become fluent. Not being around Koreans my korean is soooo rusty and it's frustrating.
Too cute. Mel, thank you for your service. Mo, you're definitely holding it down for your family, and you are appreciated. God bless you all.
Thank you so much it is appreciated.

It's cool how you are teaching the kids your native language. Keep it up, dad. It will pay off! 👍😊💙💙
Thank you, I will💙
This is so important... To teach your children their heritage, which includes the language as well. 😃👏🏽🤛🏽
Practice makes perfect. So keep this up to get the bilingual going.
Trying to be consistent 😭

Such a good dad ! Love the vlog ! Continue teaching your children / before you know it they will speak to your parents in Korean ..
When Mel gets back she’ll be shocked at Cairos’ accent 😮😅
I have to say it. Mo looks sooo good with his hair down
Great try 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽keep doing it , they’ll get it some day , they’re young
Thank you, I will
Your family is awesome. I love how you pray over your babies and family. Yes I still put out me and my sons outfits. Lol I do it for the full week.
Mel you are so pretty like your mom; you're looking alot like her, smile. Mo, dude this was awesome! I hope you keep this up. It's great to have bilingo!!! Love the family and God bless ya'll!
aww so cuteeeee!! the more they talk to your parents they will pick up korean faster.
So true
The boys are igetting so big and so adorable 😊
❤❤ yes teach them their language and culture while they're young and it's easy to retain, so when they visit or meet someone they can comfortably relate
Hi beautiful family ! It’s so cut to see your relationship with your sons. I like this challenge with Cairo, he did so good 😊
He surprised me as well lol
My parents never taught me my mother tongue; you do feel like you're not as authentically (insert ethnic group) when you can't speak your language of origin. In time they will be speaking Korean fluently and they'll be grateful to you for it. It is really important to preserve culture.
It truly is 🙏🏼
You guys are so beauitful, god bless you and your family
Thank you! You too!
Love this video!!! I think you should continue to do this. Maybe you can say it in English first then Korean. Safe travels Mel!!😊
That’s actually a good idea we’re going to try to stick with this for a while hopefully 😂
Their smiles are cute
💙 thank you
love yall such a beautiful famliy both cultures
Thank You!
I think it's admirable of you to make sure your son's are fluent in both languages . He should be able to speak with his Korean side of the family in their natural tongue. He's both black and Korean so je should be able to speak both.
Great Job well done u.
Your kids are so cute.
C'est agréable de vous entendre parler coréen vous devez souvent en parler dans vos vidéos 😊😅
Will definitely try to incorporate it more
I love this, bonding with your native tongue. Nothing wrong with that❤
You’re such a Great dad!! Keep up the good work.
Thank you so much!🙏🏼
This is good, because your children should learn to speak Korean. They will learn easy if you're consistent. They need to be taught now how to fully embrace their Korean heritage. It's up to you Mo. Plus being bilingual will bless their lives. You guys are awesome parents.
Thank you & happy holiday’s!
I am so proud of you Mo👏🏻👏🏻
Try to do this one hour everyday. My coworker shared this technique along with classes in our area.
Thanks for affirming! Will def leep it consistent
@MelnMo the children always comprehended Cantonese, yet their written language & pronoucations is where their parents were challenged. Once you keep things in swing things will develop. Have you considered bilingual training. Meaning say things in 1 language, then repeat in another. Possibly try Korean cartoons too. Either way , blessings & success to you & your entire family.
i just want to say that I took a break from youtube for law school and I wanted to catch up on videos and I couldn’t remember the channel name AND I SANG THE INTEO WORD FOR WORD so thank you 🫶🏽 the song is amazing
That so dope 😂😂😂 that means it’s catchy. Hope law school is going well and you’re killing it.
Thank you! @@MelnMo
cutest video ever!
Precious Loves Cairo & Cree❤
You did a FABULOUS JOB MO!!! you have to do it more often not once in awhile. Cairo ans Cree looks just like you. Cairo loves that word, "NO"😅😅😅😅😂😂😂 I JUST LOVE YOU GUYS. HAPPY HOLIDAYS. YOU did a great job dressing CAIRO for picture day. Be bless.
LOL you caught that huh? This boy loves to say NO before actually answering
Awesome job Mo! Maybe flash cards will be helpful so when they hear certain words in conversation they will start to understand. Praying Mel had a safe trip while abroad and safe trip back home.
Thank you so much that is a really good idea will have to try that one for sure 🙏🏼
Your kids are just too adorable 🥰
😊 thank you
