BEST TOOL TRAILER for ORGANIZATION and EFFICIENCY | Low Cost Professional Tool Storage

- Here is my "Custom" 7x14 Ron Paulk trailer build. I've been using this custom carpentry trailer for 2 years now, and it has served me exceptionally well. I constantly get compliments from homeowners, lumber yard employees, and plenty of praise from posting it on my social media platforms.
This professional carpentry trailer setup is the perfect solution for efficient tool organization and storage while also keeping everything easily accessible. Many guys are running Packouts these days, and while they’re great, they cost a ton of money to outfit a whole trailer. You're constantly digging to the bottom of a stack, and it's hard to tell which box is which. The Ron Paulk trailer build eliminates all of those issues. All the drawers are set up so they don't fall out on the road, the tool bays can be made to fit most tools, and there's plenty of room for customization.
I honestly believe this is the best set of plans money can buy for a custom work trailer. It has served me very well for the two years I've had it, and I plan to keep using it for the foreseeable future
Is this the ultimate Mobile workshop for Carpenters?

Great job on your 1:13 enclosed trailer.
It takes a lot of math and thinking about what works best for you.
Great job on the build out.
Thank you for your service to our country!
Thank you Matthew, and it was my pleasure 🫡
Great build, nice work and good video presenation.
Thank you Rob!
I was looking for u boos😂😂😂😂😂
Thanks .
Now I going to build my trailer like yours my friend
I saw the video on tik tok
Really nice job!
Thanks a lot!
It doesn’t matter since you already have the festool, but Makita does make a 118” track. Acme has it for $260. It would be nice to have but for now I’m using the 2 55” tracks.
Very nice setup BTW!
I like the way the level garage is adjustable.
I think that may have been it. I couldn’t find one that shipped soon. I ended up getting the Festool at a local lumber yard. Good to know though! The added 18” is probably very helpful
Sweet build man -- cool to see all the details.
Great build!! I have a 7x14 myself and gradually building it out. git some good ideas here, cheers!

Thank you! 🙏
I have a blank trailer......I need to incorporate Packout......excellent presentation!!!
What size did you get? And yeah packouts are super handy- I’ve thought about mounting a few on the front walls
Tandem axel 7x14 Pace. Ramp rear door and side man door. I am still in the sketchup modeling phase since most of my framing tools can fit in my truck (modded Bedslide). Great video. Thanks.
