@@BlackburnsEverAfter thank you for responding. Mississippi does have a lot of city's and towns, my dad (89yrs young) was born and raised in Jackson till he had to leave at 16 (mom had past). Jackson is where his side of my family is, he loves talking about his life in the 1930's and 40's it helps to keep his mind sharp. No matter how many times he tells the stories we just act like it's the first time we've heard it.
Ok little Bruh Dre trying to be like Big Bruh Dre lol. I love to grill that is the way I like to cook especially when the weather is beautiful outside. I use a chimney to start my grill to keep out the liquid. I want to try to put some oysters on the grill but im kind of scared to waste food since stuff has gotten so expensive lately. And im a seafood lover and seafood is high. BUt tonight for dinner Im having some blue crabs, mixed with some snow crabs and some gulf shrimp. I have seafood of some type every Saturday to reward myself for a great work week. On a different note I would love to know what was the first step taking in getting a mobile home. Me im trying to build up my credit as well as the Hubbs. Having a mobile home is my dream home not much but just a spot of land and mobile thats all we need. My credit is med to low 600 as well as his. Yall got that MONEY lol im playing but just looking at all yall have had to do it looks expensive stuff I never thought of having to do I thought it all came together. Thanks for showing me the snail knot im going to us that on my as well. fishing hasnt been good her in my town either lol. yes sir Huddle House the bomb i get the same thing everytime the steak and shrimp. Hey there 😊 I love charbroiled Oysters but I have never tried making them at home. But they are delicious 😋 The first step is definitely your credit but in our area with that kind of score you could get one so you may want to check to see what dealerships in your area require. Also of course you will need land and a down payment. The % down depends on the lender you go with and your credit. Just start looking you might find out you’re closer than you think. We don’t have money like that 😂 we could have included the things we did ourselves in the purchase but it was cheaper to do it ourselves. But if you aren’t handy just save yourself the headache and include it in your purchase. We plan to pay our home off early so we didn’t want to tack on thousands for things we could spend a few hundred bucks doing ourselves.
