I have replaced the cell but now cells are ok but there is no output from battery and its just showing plugged in (in laptop) not even charging neither draining and also my laptop isn't working without charger please solve
you must do some research before uploading video,the batteries are always connected in series,extra middle 3 wires are for sensing indivisual voltage for preventing overvoltage,undervoltage and short circuit.

There is a fuse on the output where near two MOSFETs that blows when we remove cells. You can jump the fuse or resolder the melted fuse
Requires resetting the bms,coz doesnt detect the new batteries,
Using special tool to reset that bms.
