    Congrats that you would be able to be invited to those big factories, not everyone can get in. These years there are many foreigners making videos about China, positive and negative, but you made the decision to stay in China during Covid and it really made your channel stood out. Staying was definitely the right choice and made your channel now much special. Now with these factories videos, you channel would have a deeper level of knowledge and information comparing to others. Congrats to your great work!

      It is these untrue news that helped China. In fact, Chinese experts and scholars who went to the United States were criticizing China. This helped China hide its strength and did not attract the attention of the United States. Otherwise, the Cold War between China and the United States would happen 10 years in advance, which would be very detrimental to China.

    Full automation for body and chassis is quite common in the auto industry, but 90% automation is definitely not common. I’m guessing the 10% human workforce for Changan is for certain parts of assembly and QC as there are some things that a human is just better than robots. Back in 1977 a leading Telecom company in the UK was producing telecom equipment using outdated technology, whereas at that time the Japanese were leading the world in electronics and semi-conductors. For one way or another, maybe through "sanctions" by the American government behind the backdoors, innovative Japanese companies were beginning to decline. It is a shame that the Japanese could not sustain its superiority. Japan has stagnated for more than 30 years and its successive governments could not revive its economy.
    The South Koreans were rising and are continuing to make a mark in the world stage. The Germans still maintain a healthy lead in many fields. The UK and the USA have been and are still declining in manufacturing.
    Needless to say the main beneficiary is China, whose people work hard, invest heavily for the long-term, innovate, educate, be humble and learn from others. No one ever dreamed of such a remarkable transformation for a country in a short space of time, for the many and not the few, unlike many Western countries where the rich become richer and the poor become poorer. This is a very significant difference. That's why the Chinese people are very satisfied with their government.
    Many people outside China, especially those in the so-called Western democracies, could not fathom how China under a communist party, can succeed and surpass the West. This is seen as a threat to their own democracy because there is an alternative system that succeeds. They are afraid that China may change the Western countries' system. They are in fact misguided. China maintains a policy of non-interference of other countries' internal affairs.
    Jealousy of other people's success and smearing them will not get you anywhere.

    • @danwu109
      @danwu109 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You don't get it. It's not about alternative system succeeding or interference in their internal affairs. They know the Chinese don't interfere in other countries internal affairs. It's about global hegemony. If China succeeds and becomes number one, US loses it's global hegemony to be able to control and lead the world. Global hegemony is what allows them to have their global reserve currency status. Without global hegemony, bye bye global reserve currency status for the US dollar. Losing global reserve currency status will mean the end of the petrodollar. who is going to buy their treasury notes when oil is no longer priced in dollars globally but in Yuan? Once they lose petrodollar status, everybody will dump dollars and the US goes bankrupt. For the first time since 1971, they will not be able to print as much as they like without their currency being debased cos now nobody wants dollars anymore. They will have to do an honest day's work for an honest day's pay just like the rest of the world. Don't forget the US national debt of almost 28 trillion dollars. How will they pay that back once they lose reserve currency status? Bankruptcy and chaos will be the only outcome and the US will go the way of the Soviet Union. That is why they will never allow another country to be better and stronger than them. They want to be the top dog forever. Their very life and standard of living depends on it.

      They are not and they will never be. The Chinese have ridiculously poor build quality and they can't match the safety standards for Europe and the US. As for the factory nothing so exciting or revolutionary at all. For decades there were such factories in Germany and Japan. The robot you saw in the video are all German and Japanese as well

    • @Shenzhou.
      @Shenzhou. 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@davout5775 You said: _"They are not and will never be."_
      So apparently, you *look down* on Chinese automakers and think they will always remains inferior forever? In the past, Japanese car brands were once known as poor knockoffs of European and American cars. For example, the 1917 _Mitsubishi Model A_ was based on the Fiat A3-3 design. In the 1930s, _Nissan Motors'_ cars were based on the _Austin 7_ and _Graham-Paige_ designs, while the _Toyota AA_ model was based on the _Chrysler Airflow. Ohta_ built cars in the 1930s based on _Ford_ models, while _Chiyoda_ and _Sumida,_ a predecessor of _Isuzu,_ built cars resembling _General Motors_ products 1935 _Pontiac,_ and 1930s _LaSalle._
      Yet Japanese car brands have since overcame this stigma on Japanese cars, what makes you think Chinese car brands will remain inferior forever then?

    中国还有很长的路要走,汽车方面我们还不如德国的汽车。我们还需要低调谦虚点。但是从人类发展史上来说,我不得不说中国人在这方面做的很好,很有战略眼光和思维。从新中国成立以来,中国学习苏联,发展基础工业和一些重工业,改革开放后学习日本,发展精密制造业和半导体,21世纪学习美国的信息产业,可以说,中国花了几十年走了西方几百年的工业革命的路。中国拥有众多人口,发展中国的制造业和科技,中国每一步规划设计都是以中国的现有条件发展起来的,这就是为什么印度不行的原因,印度虽然拥有很多人口,但是最终会是一个负担,中国已经把人口红利发挥的淋漓尽致,为了可持续发展,中国现在又抓住的5G技术,未来制造业全部都是自动化智能化,所以从人类发展史来看中国的发展史,中国就是一个缩影!中国所走的每一步,都是有一定的规律性,中国制定的每一个目标都是迎合人类发展史来制定的,所以说,中华民族才是这个世界上最优秀的民族。西方国家发展史过去虽然有过辉煌,但是他们有个最致命的问题,那就是不够统筹协调发展,他们的社会制度决定着他们终将逝去!中国的体制就是大一统,就是团结一致整体发展,所以中国必须是社会主义制度,如果是纯资本主义制度,那就被企业资本所垄断社会发展进程,这样是致命的发展。

      只说西方资本主义其实并不全面。老欧洲,北欧等国家均是高税收高福利的资本市场运作基础上的与社会主义结合的制度。其社会主义/Socialism 以社会保障为特点,涵盖医疗,教育,劳工,妇女权益,社会弱势群体,养老等等,不一而足。只是制度上,文化上,民众认同上没办法做到中国式的国家宏观调控资本,资源整合,工业发展规模受地域人口限制。中国发展势头正好,要多学习别人的长处。自信是好事,太过自信就是自满了

      You're meaning 'cheap' (here for inexpensive, of course; I hope that people who aren't familiar with American-English, won't misunderstand the word) (but) quality products. Agree!! One thumb up from me too!! I get a CHF (Swiss Francs) 2500 pension, which is POVERTY-LEVEL in Switzerland! The COMMUNISM-hating "ILLuminati" don't want me to have money, because they hate the COMMUNIST party I've founded! They've even ordered their P26 (a sort of MIB) to fully confiscate, up to the last cent, the CHF 20'000 the first four members of my party (in January 1983, because the 15th of February they were already 200!!) have put on my postal account, this to prevent me from opening an account for my UR-ACP/RD for Ultra-Reform faith Anarcho-COMMUNIST Party / Renatoist DIANAist, the COMRADE-Saints' party!! When they've made the demonstration (NONVIOLENT GLOBAL REVOLUTION!!) on the Market Square of Basle, BS (Basel Stadt), Switzerland, at noontime, the P26 had all of them put in the psychiatric hospital and given the highest dosage of psycho-drugs to prevent them from calling their lawyers, which is an international right of anyone, stepping on democratic laws and human rights, and tabooed the whole demonstration for not letting the world know what happened that day, against our right on information! This is the West's democracy, human rights, and freedom: NONEXISTENT! (My PC is a refurbished Lenovo, because I can't afford a new one!)

Though fast, this line actually has fairly low robot density and only seems to produce one model on the line you showed. Every high volume automaker people have ever heard of has operated body shops of similar capability for over 20 years. What separates the top tier is flexibility to produce many models and variants on the same line, in any proportion, with little or no re-tooling effort. The most cutting edge facilities will also have logistics automation and also use the industrial internet and big data to fully visualize and optimize operations. Thanks again for sharing!
