French clubs also have crazy good academies, which is represented by French national team squad depth. Teams like Rennes and Lyon are dominating the youth game, but Lens and Le Havre are also very good. And Paris might be one of the most dense area in term of talent pool, so Paris FC would totally make sense !
Some clubs like Derby also one of the good choice if we want to do a career mode that mainly focus on Youth Academy (or an elite Academies like in this video) since most of the players who currently on the club is an oldies
Nice video! I have a question, how did you activate the database on Football Manager 24? (minute 0:53) I would like to know the rankings of other teams so I can use them in my career mode on FC 24
Great video as always! One thing, I think the music is a bit too loud in some parts of the video and it is kinda hard to keep track of what you are saying, regardless of that, I enjoyed it :D
Hi. or you could go through the National teams with the least players. N/ireland the best one. Hungary Mexico Ghana. Qatar Iceland finland Chzech REP N zealand
Norwegian here Vålerenga top at Youth recruitment 😂😂😂😂😂 They suck at local scouting IRL Tromsø a team from North of Norway, opposite side of the country than Vålerenga. Is doing it really good IRL with players found in Vålerengas backyard in Norway
Auckland in New Zealand has a new A-League team coming next season after a successful bid by American billionaire Bill Foley. It hasn’t been given a name or a logo so gives you complete freedom for a Create-A-Club idea. Could be a fun club and country save and since Auckland is NZ’s biggest city it’s got a lot of potential to be one of the best teams in A-League and would generate a lot of youth talent.
Bonus: Real Madrid. The reason: The Florentino Perez's brain is smaller than an apple. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Jokes aside, investing in the youth academy should be TOP priority in every career mode. :)
how this man is not at a million subscribers, i do not know
🫶
he’d be far bigger if it wasn’t for the state of career mode nowadays
@@benmitchell3463it’s so underrated, in my opinion
Because fifa TH-camrs don’t have many subscribers
@@Jarrad_utftksi got millions of subs from fifa back in the day?

Downside would be playing in Ligue1, personally I don't feel any appeal towards that league. But then again, I'm italian, so I am extremely biased.
@@Carsa-is6vbserie A isn't very different from Ligue 1 aswell
@@potatopoison1130 in the last 4 years Serie A had 4 different winners, that happening in Ligue 1 as well?
@@Carsa-is6vb you're right.
Your videos are so well researched, interesting and fresh, thank you!

I remember on my first cm ever I was a striker on Barca who got many reds and Zurich bought me its a good memo👍🏻
Quality content, very surprised Våla come up ahead of Molde tbf but still very good!

In the case of Belgium and the other small leagues, is it a good idea to sell off your highest rated players above a cap?
Just another reason why football manager is head over heels better than fifa/ea fc
Nice to see fc midtjylland my boyhood club in here, can our old coach bo Henriksen from fc Zürich🖤❤️🖤❤️
The ads, THE ADSSS
Shouldn't Nordwesland( the other club from denmark, idk how to write the name) be good at recruitment to?

We should be able to scout more countries on fifa, add more african countries. Can we do something for them to update this
Youth facilities isn't a thing on career mode is it?
"Tiny teams" and he mentions leicester first ok mate....
the longest career mode i've had was 3 seasons long i doubt i'll ever be using this
Neat story
Erm anderlect and genk are the best youth academy in Belgium
You make me wanna buy EAFC 😂
It's fun but buy EAFC when there's a deal
dont think you know what a tiny club is
Saying Vålerenga is good at scouting is ridiculous they can’t even sign the best players in their city…Tromsø would be much better
I was ready to type in comments that Farul Constanța is missing :))
