SOme examples that played for Vitesse on loan are: Odegaard, Mason Mount, Openda, Broja, Matic. They also tried to bring some old players back that came from their academy in the past like: Van ginkel, Room and Pröpper. They now mostly relay on Youth, free agents and loan players. Pls do a rebuild for this team they really need it. They are also the Second oldest club the Netherlands

I think you could do the same but with the Costa Rican national team and win a world cup because it does not come out in the game send scouts and only one player from that country is better known which is Keylor Navas and it is unfortunate how the clubs in Europe have treated him because he is a goalkeeper that can be one of the 10 best in history for me and the best in CONCACAF and everything. I think it would be a good video if they did it there I think they could get good players and in real life I think in real life there are also gems but they don't have the tools to stand out and stay there like many of the Central American countries that don't have many resources to stand out like in Europe or Argentina or Brazil. You said in the giant rebuild that you like playing with tall players in your next youth rebuild search for physically strong players and you can convert them to pretty much anything besides wingers or CAMs you can use them on left and right midfielders in a back 3 as well. For this formation you could get a whole team from that and they will be physical already and better defenders in the midfield and you will get big guys
