Harry Hibbs was Newfoundland's best-known icon for traditional Newfoundland music. He was born Henry Thomas Joseph Hibbs, September 11, 1942 on Bell Island, Dominion of Newfoundland.

My Dad used to listen to Harry Hibbs he loved his music but as a young child we never understood why but now that my Dad is passed away I listen to Harry Hibbs to be closer to my Dad.We don’t realize what we have until it’s not there
