Starting that 8v71 ? Have u ever heard of engine block heater?that tractor would have fired right up with a 4 or 6 hr plug in(even use a portable generator) just saying, that engine poison does work but greatly decreases engine life and increases engine issues
When it’s cold I warm my 4-71 running coolant through the engine from a gas engine, takes about 15-20 minutes. I have hydraulic quick connects on each engine, and extensions with quick connects also. There’s no power where the machine is. I keep going until the temperature gauge is about a quarter of the way up the white, not even in the green yet. It kicks right over like it was already running. I haven’t used ether on the engine. It was a sprinkler pump in a high rise building (with 42 hours), so I doubt it ever had ether.
First time I've ever seen snow on an 8V71 awesome engine. Thanks for the upload.
I never ever see a Terex Bulldozer with loose tracks.
